Maybe you can join a swim class? :] Or maybe one of your parents or someone else in your family can teach you. I kinda learned how to swim on my own just cause I've always loved water, but my parents always watched me and made sure I was ok and helped me do things right.
And one of my friends from the church I used to go to got me to dive off a diving board the first time cause I was scared. XD

Almost drowning is really scary. Dx Because the water is so powerful (even in the damned pool when its sucking you into plastic lol) But I'm only scared of water when my brother gets around me. xD;; I guess cause both times were his fault, so I associate danger with him in the water?

@ Ravioli - I know how you feel. My friend has had two birthday parties in a pool and I spent the entire time sitting with my legs dangling in the water. Not to mention I got lost on my way there and I ended up with blisters by the time I got there.

Sadly, my hair isn't as long...but its still longer than average.

That's great... I like to go on a long walk or bike ride every day.. whether its cold or hot.

Well, the haircut made it so my hair only is down to my shoulders, but my hair and nails grow super fast which is why I cut my nails like every 2 days. lol. Anyways, my hair is already past my shoulders... All of my friends are amazed at how fast my hair grows... in fact, give it a yr and a half and my hair might be longer than it was when it was nearly to my waist...
