nah. it doesn't really affect me. xD it only affects me when i can't eat since when i stay up at night my parents don't make dinner/lunch then so i don't get good food and i end up eating junk food when no one's awake.

like when i went to Paris, we left like 7 PM at night and we flew straight for 9 hours and then 9 more hours or something but i slept very little then and when we arrived in Paris it was LUNCH TIME. XD i was like whaa... so i kinda stayed up for 24 hours + ;[!
