I recently ( a few hours ago) went out and dropped a pretty penny for a pair of Skullcandy's.

I bought the black Hesh. Last pair in stock at the store I went to, except for purple, red and blue Lowriders.

So do you own or want a pair of Skullcandy's? What style do you have?

I just wanted to get an opinion from people who've had them longer than I have, since so far they're awesome.

Also, if you're looking for a pair of new headphones, or earphones, I suggest getting Skullcandy's. They're expensive, but they look great and sound even better than what they look.

Hmm... ya know, my old headphones are getting alittle worked over... maybe a new set would do me some good and these look like they'll be worth it.

They would be, depending on how much you don't mind spending.

The cheapest are earphones around 25 dollars, and go up from there.
But if you're crazy about music, and enjoy having the best you need these.

With the Hesh and my bass turned up, I can actually feel my head vibrating.

They look really cool but I've heard that they don't last too long. How are they working out for you?
Personally, I'd like to get some red lowriders.

Y'know, this is the first I've heard of Skull Candy. Though now that I think about it. I see quite a few people at school donning these headphones.

Maybe I should buy some, I lost a good pair of headphones recently and wouldn't mind buying these. o-o

@Clavietika: Mine are doing great right now. My ears get a little sweaty since the Hesh cover your entire ears. But still awesome.

They're also a little tight around the neck when I hang them around my neck, but I'll have to manage.

I might go out and buy a pair of Lowriders when I get the money, since they're really cool too. I want a white, black, silver or green pair. The store I went to yesterday to buy them only had pink, red and blue.

But also, they have a limited lifetime warranty. So it doesn't cover everything, but for some things it will be covered in case it breaks. And you can just get it repaired or a new pair.

@Circa Survive: What happened to your last pair? I seem to go through earbuds/headphones so often that I decided why not pay a bit more for a nice pair and have them longer.

Sounds good. I may buy a pair soon since my current el cheapo headphones are starting to die out. Plus walking past them all the time at my university's bookstore makes them so tempting. Haha.

I was originally going to buy a pair of cordless headphones that were cheaper. Phillips or Sony or something, but I kept on seeing Skullcandy.

And yea, I get stared at often for having them so big. My mother even asked if they were cool. Lol, she's a n00b. xD

@ Random: Well, Mom has anger problems and tends to snatch the headphones right off from my head, plus she would pull at the cords all the time.
Cords eventually gave out one day. ;3;

I bought purple Lowriders last August, and they've been working very well... I'm quite satisfied ^^

Most people where I live use Koss PortaPro, which are good, but VERY noisy!! They don't isolate at all, forcing everyone else to listen to your music, and you to listen to everyone else's noises...
I had them as well, but got fed up with them breaking all the time... Sure there's a life warranty, but that includes sending it in to the factory for three weeks, and I just can't be without music for three weeks... XD

I bought Skullcandy, hoping for better isolation and quality, and I think I chose right! I was a bit irritated at first, 'cause the double-bass thing was missing (PortaPro has it, Lowrider doesn't), but I soon realised my music was better without, making it much more detailed ^^ Also, the isolation was magnificent!! Improvement indeed!

I had some trouble with the cord on my first pair tho; it began as just the left earphone falling out once in a while, but at the end the whole cord broke off in the extra reinforced area... It was a factory flaw however, so I got a new pair on the spot! Great service! And the new pair has been all good, despite the fact that I treat them badly XD

The only problem I have with them, is that they fall off 'cause I have a very small head... I bend down to pick something up off the floor, and they just fall off! o.O
I have an abnormally small head tho, so don't worry about that...... ^^

I have some orange Skullcandy earbuds I got on sale for like $10.

I love them. They actually stay in my ears!

I have pink studio headphones from them. I wasn't huge on the look, but I bought them because they were reasonably priced and they were studios, and it was a plus that they fold - that's the reason I was breaking my other headphones, because they would get bent in my bag. The sound quality is great, though, although I wish I could wear them over my fedora or other hats XD. But I suppose that's not the point.

I love skullcandy ever since I saw them. :D My boyfriend just bought a pair, but I'm not sure which because I still haven't seen them.
But I'm really thinking about buying these, they are fkkn gorgeous! :3

I got some skull candys at Target and they were not cheap. Mine are a purplish, lilac.
