I just have this thing about spiders. I can't help it. I react without thinking, and then afterwards get all goose-bumply. One time I almost crashed my car cuz a daddy long-legs dropped off the car ceiling right onto the steering wheel. That was the most stupid thing ever.

We've got tarantulas and brown recluse here in Texas. The tarantulas leave and don't really bother anybody. The brown recluse is really, really dangerous.

Nice job, Jean. :lol: We have brown recluse spiders here. Apparently once they bite, the skin around the bite pretty much deteriorates. Though I know quite a few people that have been biten by them before and it's only left so much as a small scar. I guess it just depends on the spider and how well they bite you.

The news yesterday said that the black widow suddenly seems to appear in Belgium. It so weird, they normally wouldn't survive here
