Okay *breathes* That's good to know. I hope everything works out fine in time. Yes..you're definetely smart enough. Personally I just didn't know who else might be around to do something like that for you. Just that help would be important if you weren't sure what it was. But.. okay.. go to that appointment tomorrow then (like I have to tell you >.<) ... hopefully it's nothing too serious.. ^^"
So you feeling okay right now?

*whew* Yeah, that sounded far more.... intense... than just an anxiety attack. My ex used to have those, and while they have some superficial resemblance to a minor heart attack... the actual scale is totally different.

Aint that the truth? I've never had an anxiety attack but they're on a different level than a heart attack I know for sure...

Hey there, Zombie.

After I got back from my walk, I looked up more information online. I really think I'm having early signs of some serious heart condition. A few years ago I was diagnosed with a very small condition 'Heart Arrhythmia', irregular heartbeat. But they only gave me medication for it for a few months. I've never really though about any heart problems since then.

I'm feeling okay right now. The doctor also thought I might have an allergy or something I guess? So he told me to take some Benedryl (which I did). I ended up throwing up, which actually made me feel better. But yeah...I'm okay right now. Thanks for the concerns. <333

*hugs Jen* You might want to talk to my hubby. He has a heart arrhythmia too. It's caused though by the wiring in his heart and he's had it since he's born. It comes and goes and doesn't have any real rhyme or reason when it does. What I have noticed though that his diet and his stress levels do influence. Caffeine, Nicotine, and high cholesterol/fatty foods will make it worse. You might want consider talking to the doctor about that too. He'll probably send you to a specialist to hook you up to an EKG so they can get a good reading...etc.

I'm not a trained professional but it's a subject near and dear to me.

Also, Jen, what he has isn't 'life threatening' just painful for him and worries me. They tried to correct it doing surgery with a catheter up the inside of his leg as apparently it's a straight shot to the heart. He was born with extra faulty wiring that when it actually kicked in it causes his heart to have those irregular beats and speeds it up really fast.

No it's not. He's trying hard to stay on a healthy living diet and I've been trying to get him to cut the caffeine out a bit but it's difficult. He starts doing that and he gets major withdraws. I wish I could at least get him to stop drinking Mountain Dew as that's really a bad one when it comes to the content. :|

He's just as capable as the next person he just has to push himself a little harder to be healthier. I'm really hoping I don't outlive him though...sounds really horrible and morbid but I don't know what I'd do without him and his support. I mean I got by before but this has been the happiest I've been and I don't think I could find a more perfect fit for myself.

My mom is a bit like that. She's got diabetes and tachycardia triggered mainly by caffeine. But it's not serious, so I don't worry much. She's been staying away from soda for both things, and she just has to remember that tea has caffeine, and she's ok. XD

It's hard finding a substitute. When I have the money my personal favorite drink to have around the house is bottled flavored water. At meijer they sell a case of 24 bottles of 4 different kinds for $10. I think they're 20 oz sized too. They taste really yummy and don't have 0 cals and 0 sugar in it. There isn't any funny diet crap in them either. I think the brand is Fruit 2 O

@Izumi- You don't have to find anyone else later if you do. Just keep on being happy with what you have, ne? And taking care of your precious relationship...
@Jen- Health can be a tricky thing when you don't know what's going on.... to know what to do can be challenging until you get the answers, and even after. Personally I had no idea why I couldn't see from time to time and why I felt like fainting... found out I have hypoglycemia -.- But whatever it is, hang in there and just try best to do well to your body, ne? It needs to last your whole potential life.. or else that'd be plain depressing. And depressing is something we'd all like to avoid while we can, ne? Gan-- ahh Japanese. >.< hmm anywho best wishes.. you have people here for you if you need them.

I love regular H2O. These past few days I've been guzzling it like crazy. I do not like flavored water at all. I do not like juices (sometimes OJ) and I do not like soda (once every few months I'll have a grape or orange soda). But other than that, it's mostly just regular water. I love it.

Hypoglycemia? I think that's what I have/used to have? .-. Whichever one is the reason for me getting sick and shakey if I don't eat enough and sugary foods here and there. I don't like really sweet/sugary foods.

I think I just realized my heart condition could be caused by all the salty foods I eat though. .__. I cake salt on my foods because I love it so much. Which I know isn't healthy AT ALL.

What's up there Zombie Pixie?

Man, you should try learning a third language! The Pimsleur tapes all use the same formula, so a couple of years ago when I tried learning some German for a project, I answered half the questions (asked in German) with the correct Japanese answer. It got to where there were some statements that I just couldn't say without mixing a little of each into. I have discontinued learning German so I won't have that problem.

I'm sorry, I'm going to go rest. I have a dirty headache. But don't worry - I'll enter you three into the little drawing for the Carnival Hairpin, wheather or not you post on page 1000. Since you have all stuck around to chat with me. And it seems some of you are tired and/or have other things to do. And since I am getting offline for now.

Talk to you later everyone.

Gar. No one calls me all day and then BAM, I get a call, and anotehr call on the line while I'm talking. At least I know what's going on with my honey now. His boss had come to help him move all the stuff in the small store to the new store location - which was two doors down, thankfully. Much bigger area. But he's been so nervous about this, because of his BOSS being the one to help him. It's not just a boss, its THE boss, Mr. President of the company. Things are going fine, boss left, stuff moved. But now my Wyatt has to do extra extra overtime to inventory everything. So he finally got a chance to call me without seeming like he was slacking (?) and I can go help out now that the corporate presence is gone. XD

ANd then my EX on the other line... grrr. I had to leave him a message on HIS phone. Geez, pick up if you wanted to talk. I know what it's about. He want me to help him pack up his stuff this weekend, since his out of state job is doing well and taking longer than the couple of months he had left rent for. He's got another think coming.

Awww thanks so much Jen! That's all I could ask for.

Hope you're feeling better in the morning. I'll hopefully catch you guys tomorrow though so I can tell you how my meeting at the school goes. I'm uber excited to go. This means so much to me...I didn't think I'd get a chance to go back due to costs and the fact that my parents lived out in the middle of nowhere and I was living with them for the time being. Just moving out of the house seemed like a major major step.

@Jez- I know English and then a fair amount of Japanese.. then the rest are less, but I've learned at least a little bit of the rest: Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Korean, Afrikaans, Russian and a little tiny bit of Punjabi. Lingual intelligence ftw.

@Jen- yeah sounds like the same thing except that mine is apparently more severe than yours was because it's lifelong ^^" got it when I was 11-12 though.. didn't know what it was till last year. Kaze actually ordered me to go to the doctor about it >.<" Had to because it made me too scared to ask anyone for help.... Which..yeah it's a good thing that you have an appt tomorrow.

Edit: Thanks much : D
