It's this Claravis (Accutane) crap that I'm taking. I have only been on it one week and my lips are already drying out. The rest of my skin seems normal though, if not more oily than before.

:O seriously? my body didn't produce any oil at all after i took that for a few days. everything like shut off. you should put on lots of lotion moisturizer, sun block, and lip balm. lip balm is your best friend. xD

and no. butterflies = a type of insect. BUG. >__<; yuck!

I figured that my skin would already be getting really dry by now. But it's not at all. I do moisturize about three times daily (as directed). And I've put sunblock on when I go outside. And at this very moment, I have three tubes of lip balm; I carry them everywhere. But no matter how much I put on, my lips still get too dry. I'm just glad they haven't cracked at the corners of my mouth...yet.

Carmex Lip Balm (Mint Flavored), Chapstick Brand and a cheap brand (but it tastes like Sugar Cookies, though I don't use that one often).

I try to save them if they're in the house, and I know they're not poisonous.

jenjen, try medicated chapstick. :O i'm not sure how well it'll work for you but my lips tend to be super dry all the time, but when i use the medicated one, as long as it's not wiped off (eating and drinking and stuff) then my lips stay soft all day.

I believe that its not right to kill something unless you have sensible and just reaons.
I'll only kill things that carry germs that could harm us if they got it around the house and it contaminated things we'd be eating (i.e. flys, cockroaches, and wild rodents), and then anything poisonous that could kill or harm someone.
Otherwise, I see it like they have the same rights to living as we do. My logic that i've decided would be best to present people with, is that they should imagine themselves in a foreign country where they dont know the language. Imagine its an area that they hate the kind of people that are like you. They'll speak words you dont understand, and they could just outright kill you when they see you, because they've had past experiences with your kind where they've found you to be dangerous, so they'll kill you because they fear you. They dont take a moment to consider that you're harmless and will not hurt them, and that you're actually even more afraid of them then they are of you. But you aren't even given the chance to prove yourself to be good, or when they come after you you attempt to protect yourself and its considered dangerous and hostile, so you're just killed. :< As far as i'm conserned, thats how it is will other living things.
