I really like the design but her wings seem disconnected... try moving them a little lower and making the colors a little more bold? I can't remember what I was going to say but the coloring just looks different setting the two even farther apart... Other than that good job! ^_^

her wings though look like they were a last minute add.
i think with them being blurry/ faded you where trying to go for the whole
"wings are fluttering thing"
and in the end they ended up looking like a last minute add and
have a disconnected look to them. like they aren't really part of her.

and that border is just amazing i love it.

And I agree that the wings do look a bit awkward. Perhaps it's because they were colored differently? It seems as if they are more part of the background.
