Okay. For those of you who frequent this forum, you should know that I generally think that dreams are meaningless subconscious jumbles.
In essence, all the dreams I've been having are random, but one element keeps appearing and it's somewhat disconcerting. It appears in the dreams completely at random, too.
You see, I recently quit my smoking habit. Considering my age (15, at the time) I was a bit on the heavy side-- I smoked anywhere from 13 or so to a pack in a day. So it was a considerable struggle to break the habit. Anyway, I've been cigarette-free for about 6 months now.
And almost every time I have a dream, it involves me smoking in some way. It's sort of bothering me, because even though I still have the occasional passing fancy for a cigarette the cravings have nearly disappeared completely. I don't think it's just because I'm focusing on it, either. I never really think about it except for directly after I've had a dream.
It's really worrying me that I'm going to break down and start again. TT_TT;; Obviously, I have it on the brain since I keep dreaming about it, but I really don't have cravings.
Any opinions, here?
