Please rate my chibi picture and offer some critique as to how i can make it better. It is not yet in color though I am working on that.

the head looks a little weird but other then that she is really cute ^^

Thank you for rating this picture! Your right the head does look a bit weird but that might be because I was trying to get her looking upwards and this is the first time I've tried that.
