I didn't figure you would anyways. Though I'm going to ask you to give me an absolutely truthful question, without being sensitive of my feelings. Is it that you're busy, or that you just don't want to and are therefore saying that you're busy? Be completely honest.

Nope, I'm quite literally busy with a paper I'm working on for English, it's very late at night and it's the reason I'm still up, lol. *hugs* I might just come by when I have the time, though... I'm not just saying that. Sorry if it looked like I was being dishonest :(.

It kind of did. But I wanted to ask just in case you weren't. Though I will tell you that I much prefer the truth over to excuses. For future reference. :3
If you don't mind me asking, what's your paper about? Sorry to be nosy, I just loved writing papers while I was in school.

Good cause I prefer to be honest than dishonest xP.
It's about racial "claiming" like how teenagers do... dress a way that's associated with a racial group they're not a part of. Now I've just got to edit it a little, lol. It's 3 in the morning here right now XD.

I'm an hour behind you then. I think racial claiming is very stupid. I think anyone, regardless of race, who wears their waistband to their knees shouldn't bother putting pants on in the morning. (This is just a general example.)
I think people need to be themselves, not their race. And definitely not someone else's race.

Lol, just making sure.
Growing up as a kid I loved to catch those giant black crickets that hop rampant in Missouri where I live. I love them to death. I even love the little crickets.
Well, once upon a time when Cricket was about twelve or so, some strange insects turned up in the basement. The were ugly as hell, and looked like some strange combination between brown crickets and spiders. They had between five and nine legs (mutated, I'm afraid to know by what), and whenever the cats would go down in the basement, these things would harass the cats, and would actually scare are at-the-time youngest cat. They would also attack my feet whenever I went into the basement when they were there.
They way they moved was obscene. They'd hop, but they'd end up kind of flipping in the air and tended to smack their body into the floor with a popping sound or a thud. Sometimes they'd crawl, but it was very slow and awkward.
Finally, about three years ago I was looking up things about crickets online, because I'm strange and just like to read about random stuff every once and a while. It was then that I came across a picture that looked exactly like the strange things in our basement, only with six legs.
It was a cave/camel cricket. They're ugly as can be, and they're absolutely insane.
When I joke around as being a cricket, I joke as though I'm one of the giant ones in the front yard. But the 'insane' in my name comes from the crickets in the basement. X3

Whoooaaaa... that's really cool actually <333. Now I'm interested to know about those poor obscene little bugs XD. Thanks for your story :D.
And... that will have to be the night for me. Or morning. Hello, bed... we meet again, for three hours only.
Anyway... I'll see you around, I suppose :). Bye!

^_^! Well, we still don't know why they mutated to have such weird amounts of legs, but the ones that were in the basement this year only had six legs. But they migrated upstairs and tormented me and the cats for a few days, then we killed the ones that came upstairs and no more have come up.
Goodnight! I'm sure we'll meet again. X3

You live in Missouri, Cricket? My family moved around a lot when I was younger before settling in Kansas. We lived in Joplin, Springfield and Lamar, MO. And we still go to Branson every summer. :)

Hehe. I live by Kansas City. Lived here all my life. <3
The Midwest is the best place to live. Even with all the tornadoes and random weather.

Tornadoes? Sounds scary. And so does the basement cave/camel crickets. <.<
It's amazing, the things nature comes up with sometimes.

I'd be really scared too.
Milipieds? ...Million-foots? <.<

The prefix "milli" means "thousand"... like "millennium". But millipedes have a couple hundred legs, I think. Centipedes have a couple dozen.

I can see why they creep you out. Scary little buggers. O.o
I don't really mind wild life or bugs since they are part of nature (and probably were here long before me, anyway) but I do prefer them being outside the house, rather than inside it.
I'm peculiar like that, I guess.
Poet: Ah, so it's hundreds (centi) and mili (thousands)?
I got a bit mixed up I think because I was thinking about milli as in millions.

I don't mind them existing and they can go on doing that, I just don't like to be forced aware of them being around me, because then I get paranoid they're gonna get in my clothes or something *shudder*

Yeah with something like that, for sure. If you don't know they're there that means they're not hurting you so it's all right that you dont' know, but if you know, then you get paranoid.
