I don't make Halloween avvies until the event starts and I've bought stuff. Halloween isn't my holiday, so I'm not good at making appropriate avvies. Once a friend and I wore Christmas items for Halloween. LOL!

I have a deep-down liking for creepy things. Scary movies, though? No thanks!

@ Amane - Well for me it probably doesn't help my best friend thinks that the Ring and Jeepers Creepers are absolutely hilarious...

@ Mon - Yeah I've noticed that... and they call it the "best breakfast" too...

I'm even eating stuff made with whole wheat (which usually fills my tummy up super quick and keeps me full for a long time...so i'm actually not supposed to eat lots of it)

Maybe the coffee really is helping. D:

Well Cream of Wheat and Oatmeal I find keep me full the longest as it expands in the stomach.

Ooh... I love cream of wheat, but i especially love oatmeal. I had to stop eating oatmeal though. The oats in it are too big. Its as bad as me eating rice. It just sits in my stomach like a rock.

Though...
Well, I only started drinking coffee regularly before eating in the morning recently.
But I haven't had any oatmeal since. >< Maybe I can try it again and see how it goes. I miss eating oatmeal.

Sits like a rock? What do you mean by that?

It just, doesn't go anywhere in my stomach for a long time. Just sits and sits and sits. Eventually at around the 2 hour mark after a meal, food usually juuuust starts to go down my intestines.
Most people are nearly finished digesting a meal by then.

That means not needing to eat as often right?

Kindof. It means I have to eat very small meals (usually about a cup worth of food at a time)
and make sure not to fill up my stomach with too much water, because if its full of water i can't eat
and if my blood sugar gets low but my tummy is full of water...i either have to barf the water up, or hope i don't faint before i can fit something with sugar in. ; ~;

It's a pain in my ass. I hate gastroparesis.

Yeah, I think I'm a little more than pre-diabetic at this point and it scares me. But I don't want to go tothe doctor again to be belittled and told that they don't need to run any tests, just rush me a diagnosis, and tell me to make huge lifestyle changes without so much as considering the possible health risks if they're wrong
and considering my other medical conditions, its kindof IMPERATIVE that they consider all possibilities first.

Blech I hate doctors. I had a similar problem. Poet has apnea, so poet will stop breathing randomly and poet has to "remember to breathe", so poet told the doctor... who did nothing but check to see that I was...... breathing =.= sure... that works... I'm not dead am I?

I have severe anxiety around breathing. Sometimes I feel like I'm not getting enough air even if I am, or when I'm nervous I'll try to "focus on my breathing" and then start hyperventilating, convinced that I'm breathing too slowly. Its a disaster. u__u

Ah that is no good... I find that I just occasionally take large gasps of air like I was drowning XD

Hmm... you said you drink coffee right?

PARDON ME FOR THIS IRREGULARLY NOT SCHEDULED ANNOUNCEMENT!

As you may have noticed, I changed the title of the thread... Because we are having a party! ... WITH PRIZES!!! Because after reading the recent announcement, I knew I wanted to help in what way I could.

So I currently have 3 Imperial Regalities up for grabs among some other prizes that have yet to be determined. >.>; Either way, I have not thought what you guys (and girls and others) will do for these prizes because I thought of this on the spot (per usual). But be prepared!

I think I have the prizes covered. I have been meaning to go through all my stuff (look for duplicates and CIs I don't use) and this will kind of force me to do that.

*nibbles on monstahh`♥'s crown*
have you tried doing stretching exercises or yoga?
it sounds sort of like a panic attack, to be honest.

Yes...I do yoga every day. And stretche when I get up and before bed.

And yes, I know its a panic attack. But its a panic attack usually trigger by "forgetting" to breath for a second (realizing i'm holding my breath and i don't know why)
and then it spirals out of control into a panic attack
