My mom was making jokes that I should get a bus home then go back out @ 4.
I'm actually thinking of doing my 9am, getting work done in the math lab, then dropping everything off in the TAs mailbox and just go home without going to 4pm class.
I'm still not sure what Imma do. >_< I cannot do this commute thing next semester.

I pretty much made it so I couldn't commute ^^: All the schools I applied to originally were 2+ hours away.

@ Lissi: Thank you! ^____^
I'm really happy someone noticed! =3
It was something I came up with with the MAC yesterday.
I've also got another blue/white one I'm working on, but I'm trying to save my gold, I'm thinking of questing for the Welcome Tshirt (male).
@Dae: I did live on campus my first year (I went to a different school), but then after transferring and not applying for housing (a veeeeeeery long story) I am living at home. Granted, I only live about 12-13 miles away, but with the traffic, the long breaks between classes and just having to wake up @ 6am everyday makes me wish for death sometimes. OMG, its terrible.
Actually, I can go apply to be on the waiting list for housing for next semester.
I go to a very large school where they definitely cannot house all the students they have.

I see... still, five or six hours is a long enough time to go out and do something in between, haha.

Too bad I'm too lazy for that.
I ended up hanging out with some friends from my 9am class till about 2. Then I thought I was gonna hang out with the rly good friends from 2ish till almost 4 but sadly, they're busy. So here I am in the computer lab on campus. Woot.
I'm attempting to work on a paper thats hideously laaaate. >___<;

Ouch.
I have papers that are hideously late too >_>. And I have a two-hour break every day, lol. I just eat my lunch and chill on the computer for a while, though. It's not so bad.
I don't have any friends I could hang out with... I have one friend who I would be interested in hanging out with, but she happens to live a few hundred miles away, so... that's not happening anytime soon, unfortunately.

Hello! ^___^
Awwh, that sucks. I also have a friend who I wish I could see more but she lives kinda far away too. >_< Blah @ friends living too far away.
Yeah, I kinda do the "chill on the computer" thing as well between classes, which sometimes is counter-productive because then I end up spending all my time on websites and not doing HW or studying.
Which! Talking about studying. >_< I have my Japanese Oral Exam coming up on Thursday. OMG, I am so scared. Its only worth 2% of the final grade, but still. Its scary >_>;;; *wuss*

I'm impressed you are learning Japanese, IRK! I know that must be a very hard language to learn.

@Lissi: Japanese isn't -the- hardest (IMHO), but it can be complicated at times. Granted, I think about how hard it was for our teachers to learn English.
My class is a little different than most. All our teachers are native Japanese speakers, and we have two different kinds of class: ACT class and FACT class.
In ACT class (or recitation), which we have everyday, we have to speak only Japanese. English = nono! We have this specific conversations called Core Conversations (or CCs) that we need to learn everyday along with different drills. And everyday the class is graded. We have different teachers for ACT too, so we can hear different speeds and accents of Japanese.
The other part of the class is FACT class, which we have 2 times a week, and this is a class where the (same) professor speaks English with us and explains grammatical things and gives us written tests. It is kinda fun, but its also very very nerve wracking, this class. >_<
BTW, you can just call me irken. or irk works too. Just thought I'd let you know xD
@monstahh`: awhh, why was bad day bad?
@poet`s playground: LOL, I didn't realize that was you either. xD;

Nowadays its LiveJournal and here.xD

Just since January '06, lol.
The politics of the site meaning, people who leave because of the cash items and whatnot...
The people I'm talking to are like me, and just enjoy the site and just comment as things keep happening, it's just like a second home or something you know, you can't just leave you just watch stuff happen xP.

And then I just really grew to love this site more, with its friendly people and no spam and the avatars (IMHO) are better. AND TETRIS. xD

Once I found Mene, I sort of put Gaia on the back burner. I probably will hang out there a bit for any Halloween event they might have.
I have no idea of what's going on with the politics there. I find the main Gaia forums tedious.

Yeah, on Gaia I basically hide in guilds.
Because the main forums are just too massive and scary.
I'm thinking of selling everything I have on Gaia, commish-ing someone for cute art then just .... not go back. xD Not totally sure on that one yet, because I still like my current avatar.

I always thought of any other sites as just something to do in addition to Gaia. I never even thought of replacing Gaia, I don't really replace things that I'm on, I just... keep using them.

I never got into the guilds. I own one, but it is more or less rotting, and has been since late '05.
xD
I live in the CB.
Honestly, the only other forum I browse is the exchange, and sometime if I'm having troubles, the problems forum thing. x3;;

Yeah, when I "venture out" of my main thread that I'm in (Green Day Official Thread Off-Topic thread) I tend to just go to the Chatterbox... there's a lot of junk, but I just don't get into the stuff that's really assholeish (for lack of a better word) and/or rude. Some of the milder stuff I'll respond to or whatever, I'll try not to fall into the trap of sounding cocky though xP.
And sometimes I'll just go into a random one of the smaller more specific forums, just to see what people are talking about in there and put in my say...
EDIT: As for guilds, I'm a member of a ton, although I don't really go into them much...
