Okay:

First, go to your avatar tab, and change your gender. Then, change your base to the darkest you can possibly go.
Once you've done that, pick out the facial features you want. Eyes, mouth, ears, etc..
BUT MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE EYE STYLE YOU WANT FOR YOUR NEW FEMALE BASE.

Then, change your gender back. BUT, don't touch the base! You'll have to keep the super pale base.
Then, you go and re-save all of your facial features, such as eyebrows, and your mouth.
DON'T TOUCH THE EYE STYLE OR COLOR! It will not allow you the effect! :O
Then, yo should have what I have. <33
