Well, that's what it's MADE out of...
But they use tofu as a meat substitute a lot, and meat tastes much better. >_>;;

I had tofu last night. :3 And seaweed (it was miso soup, my first time having the real thing). I had sushi for the first time last night, too. n.n

I had bits of someone's stir fry, too, and a beef stick thingie (everyone donated parts of their meal to me because I was broke and could only afford miso soup XD). And it was all delicious. :3 I'd always wanted to try real miso soup (as opposed to the dried kind that comes out of a packet), and I'd always wanted to try sushi, too. It was nummy. :3
