Not so much keen on snow when I'm the one who has to wake up earlier than normal and shovel out the walk, then the sidewalk, then my car.
When I don't have anywhere to go, it's fine.
But when I'm working two jobs . . .
Not so fun.

ah yeah. I like it when it snows. But I dislike it when I go back to school because where my university is, it snows a lot. >.< So I don't like the fact the time it takes me to go from my dorm to class is a lot longer when there's a lot of snow and ice than when it's spring/summer.

@Serena: I'm having a lot of problems. So, honestly, not so good. I'm getting so sick of everything, life wise. I know I'm too young to worry about dating, but I hate it when all the "mean and ugly" guys ask me out. I know it's shallow to want someone who's cute, but, seriously, this guy asked me out today. I don't even know his name and he's not that much of a looker. That's not what I was worried about, the looks I mean, he's a complete jerk to my friends and me half the time. So, I told him no. I always attract people like that. For once, I would just like a cute and nice guy, or just nice, is that so hard to ask? That and my ex-gf said she'd rather be with my friend than me, so I don't even know what to do there. I feel like dying single. It's too much drama. I hate being lonely though. That's my only problem. :[ So..right now, at this moment, life sucks. It will and does get better, I just gotta wait til then.

@Serena: Thanks. I really, just want to go have a good cry you know? Everything just feels so out of place. I like these guys, but boy 1 has a girlfriend, boy 2 blew me off last night when I went to talk to him about feeling down, and boy 3.. I'm too nervous to even go talk to him, because, well, most of the time because of my weight. *sigh* I'm so insecure and I hate it, but I don't know how to become more confident. After so many years of getting picked on, turned down, and everything else, your self-esteem goes to shit. D:

@Lovers: Yeah. I know how that feels. It'll feel really good to let it all out. I also know how it feels with the insecurity with the weight. I'm really overweight and I'm very insecure. Even though to some people I don't look like I weigh as much as I do, but I know I feel it though. That and I know people wonder why I would feel that way even though I've been with someone who is a lot skinnier than me (and he's actually underweight for his height) for 3 years. It's just the whole self-esteem going to shit because of all the years of being picked on and being used b/c of the lack of self-esteem. I'm still working on my confidence.
Who knows, the third one might actually like someone with some meat.
Luckily when I met my boyfriend, he was the one who came to me and asked me if I wanted candy, I just sat there and talked to him and he sat with me for a while. The best I could give you for that is just find something that might interest him (if you know) and just talk to him. ^^

It's funny hearing of entire towns shutting down for just a few inches of snow. Yeah, I know it's b/c they're not used to it like we are up north. ^^

I haven't been on Gaia in a long time. I stopped when I found these other sites and I have a lot better time on this site and a couple others. ^^

Plus it takes up so much space when I'm on it on my computer, that and if I have a couple tabs open on FF it crashes FF. >.<

Yeah. It's my fave season of the year. Thankfully this year my boyfriend is able to help me with Christmas gifts. We're going together on my parents gifts and my nephew's gift. So, I only have to worry about paying in full his gift or gifts. The rest of the family will just have to do without. My grandmother though, we found this wooden thing that you hang that is a shepard standing on a hill looking at the North star and it reads "Jesus is the reason for the season"
We found it walking to the plaza I live near and someone left it on a wall that is there and it was from the goodwill store. I grabbed it b/c my Grandmother is religious.

@Serena: Lol, we don't shut down for it. Well, sometimes if the roads are too slick, but other than that, not really. I love snow days though!! I like the building of snowmen. xD

And boy 3.. I hope so. I mean he's absolutely delish and very nice. xD And tall. Really, really tall. *drool* o.o xD

@Lovers: Lol! I'm opposite, I'm so short almost everyone around me is taller than me. I'm 5'1"-5'2"ish and my boyfriend is about 5'6"5'7"
That's good to know some cities don't shut down comepletely or enter "emergency" mode. ^^
Mine since we're so used to a lot of snow (I live in the Northeast so yeah) and the town my university is in, both are so used to the horrible winter weather, that the only time either of them shut down is when the power goes out, it's a state of emergency given by the local government, or if the plows cant come out (i've walked to class with blowing snow, which is normal where I go to university when I get to go. >.<)

Ugh, it was snowing when I left this morning today. It made my bus 20 minutes late and I was late to school. :\
Oh god, not Christmas shopping, I haven't even gotten to my sister's birthday yet... and it's her birthday on the fifth. x_x
