the same way you get any other dragon.
But ochredrakes only breed with eachother (it says "with other drake species" but they haven't made another drake yet, so i'm guessing they will soon.)

I succumbed and ate a bread.

Hungry again though, as I ate it four hours ago. *goes off to buy dinner and then evening classes*
