Just as I thought, I woke up to find 2 adults and a hatchling instead of 2 adults and an egg. I sure hope my bluna is female, because I have the perfect name for her.
I grabbed another black egg. i'm trying to get as many female blacks as possible, because i need to breed them with my silvers.

i'm guessing the squiby on the left only needs one more click.

I thought it was silver/anything. . . . but I guess if everyone has been breeding blacks like crazy for an Alt, then it makes sense that Silvers and Golds could have a chance with Blacks. . .

well, i'm just trying it to get more silvers. I bred 8 silvers in one month, and that was back in june. I have still been breeding all 10 of mine every week and have gotten none since then. So i'm just wondering if black dragons and silvers will produce better results.

Apparently (according to someone on the magistream forum) breeding them with pinks isn't that good of an idea, because not enough people breed pinks just to breed them, so if anything is bred with a pink, they make the result another pink to up the ratio of pinks being bred. But since people breed blacks all the time, more blacks aren't needed in the AP, and a black and silver pairing would be more likely to produce a silver.

If my silvers do breed more silvers this time around, i will be happy to give them to anyone who wants one.

I generally breed my Silvers with Blacks or Vines...figured that whatever comes out of it, I'll love them all the same xD (and Vines more than Blacks, in a way...) But I haven't bred anything in a while...been busy with all the new eggs.

I swear most of my over 150 dragons were ones I bred. Basically once I get one or 2 of a species, I just breed if I want any more. haha.

Hooray! My red egg hatched!

This Limestone critter is really interesting.
During the day like this, he looks brown and like a statue.

At night when I'm on, he's blue...and it says that he moves around.

Yes, I love that the limestones change. I think the mention of movement is just a descriptor though. Still he's cool. Almost like a gargoyle during the day. The fact that he turns into a statue makes me think of the Doctor Who episode, Blink, where the aliens became angelic statues if looked at.
