As for your mating question, you need a dragon of each gender to breed Gjorn :XD

It's in the actions section. Just press "action" then "breed" and select a compatible Mate (only compatible mates are listed)

Though you might not get an egg from a pair. This doesn't mean you won't, just you didn't (though, if it warns you the two won't go near each other, you'll need to go with another dragon in the future)
