It's hard to sleep when your body tells you it's only 7pm.
At least, it still feels early to me.
Am I making sense?

*got really into coloring and forgot to refresh the page* x_x;
Yotsy uses Primsa Colored Pencils.
I have to wait to buy some new ones. >.>;;
There isn't a store around here that I can get the single color I need.

Fabby likes her Prismas a lot. =D
The problem is, there isn't a pink or a gray. It never fails to drive me insane that I don't have a GRAY.
@Xyana-- I'm... hungry, and feeling very lazy.
How are you?

Fabby has a pretty small set. They're expensive. >_>;;
So no, she has no pink or gray. She thinks she found a pink in another set, but still. NO GRAY. ROAR.

I went downstairs to print out some coloring pages... me and my sister bought coloring books yesterday, and a box of 96 Crayola crayons xP.
EDIT: But I like when people are able to stick to tactile work, it's kind of overwhelming how much art is CG these days xP.

Yeah XD. We had to get Crayola. Although sometimes the smoothness of RoseArt is actually nice but the colors are less intense. I can't draw but I can color!

Eeew, I hate RoseArt. You get these random clumps and streaks of darkness that ruin everything, and the little paper wrappers constantly slip off.
I want to go look for a coloring book now. -rummages-

@Yotsy: *high fives* Good job! If I'm going to do digital stuff I'd rather do pixel art; it's potentially a useful skill. CGing is just too close but not as good as (IMO) traditional media... and traditional media is something you don't need much money (for expensive software and hardware) or training for (it's hard to figure out the computer programs sometimes and often takes some basic training/education at least in art to understand best) and you can do it without having to be connected to a power source xP.
@Fabby: I know, but sometimes the crayolas on the coloring book pages that are rough, can make a pretty grating sound XD.

Paranoid-- I'm pretty talented with a computer, and I understand programs easily. So I have the patience, and talent to do CG art. I'm just sticking to traditional. Too many people make the leap from Traditional to CG and thus they rarely stick to the original media. >.>; I don't want to be one of those people. I want to keep traditional drawing alive. XD.

Well I wasn't talking about you personally, just one in general who wishes to do some kind of art, comparatively speaking ^^. But I agree and that's cool of you :3. Nothing looks more organic than something that's actually produced... well, organically!

It's actually very easy to figure out graphics programs if all you're doing is drawing. Pretty much all you use are the very basic tools. It's the other stuff that requires more extensive knowledge.
And traditional media isn't actually much cheaper. It may appear to be because of the intimidating prices, but if you add up the costs of all the art tools over the years, it's fairly expensive as well. (Anditsreallyeasytodownloadphotoshopofftheinternet ...shhdonttell)
I'm one of those people. >____>;;
But I still do a good amount of traditional sketching!

Yes, professional media are quite expensive but it is just as easily possible to use simpler products to do the same job for someone who has the talent. And smaller costs are easier for most people to swallow; one shot of however many hundreds of dollars is very difficult, especially if it isn't a necessity!
And all everyone's doing isn't just drawing, and it's complicated to have all of the tools and set them up just right XD.
