I think so; I once accidentally refreshed while adding an egg onto Soti's and it told me that it was already submitted.

Well, I have never been told that. I add my eggs and hatchlings once a day to be sure but honestly, I have no idea how to tell if my things have already been registered.

YOu only have to put them in once but i put them in there twice in one day once
