Why so far?

I drove with my parents from my house up north to their house down south[ish]
I'm hosting a baby shower for my sister in law. She's having her first baby.
And goodness... That is such a pain of a drive in one whole day. *so tired now*

I can imagine, i've done it a time or two. Though i was just a passenger XD

As for driving, I think it's worth it. I just haven't driven that much in awhile. I did half of the trip and my father drove the other half. So it wasn't all that bad. But it was still tiring. Luckily it's only about 600+ miles from my house to my parents house with where I currently live. It used to be 3000+ miles to visit my parents because I lived on one coast and they lived on the other. xP. But yes, driving is wonderful! And it's a great stress relief for me. I've been driving for five years now and I love every minute of it. *nodnod*

I shouldn't worry to much. When they hatch, they have another 7ish days to mature. They'll make it.
