Dude! I found some AWESOME advice for those of you who give your eggs to other members, or you collect eggs from other members of DCAA.

You can target an egg for adoption if you want to send or adopt one egg in particular (i.e. trading). All you need to do is view the dragon you are adopting and change "viewdragon" in its address bar to "getdragon".

Another way to do it, if you go to view your dragon's code and then send that link to your friend, that's the link they can use to quickly adopt your dragon!

All you need to do now is refresh on that page while the other person abandons it - the egg/hatchling will end up directly in your possession! You'll know you got it when you refresh the page and it shows you that dragon's codes. Important Note: the first time you go to the "getdragon" link, it will say that "This dragon has already been taken.". Keep refreshing and you will continue to see that message! Once the other person abandons it, the first person to make it to that link (which will hopefully be you, as you are refreshing it) will claim the dragon and see that dragon's codes. Everyone else will just continue to see the "already taken" message. If you don't see the codes, don't give up until the person sending you the dragon verifies that you missed it. :/
