I didn't want it to grow up on me while I was asleep or something, then I'd have the trouble of getting rid of it and starting over. So I froze it as soon as it hatched.

I don't know how you get them. My best guess is that you wouldn't give it enough views to grow and I think that around .02 days or so it turns into a neglected.
