((Sometimes the old people lie about the whereabouts of Rockwell. Rockwell's temple is underground, the pathway to him is blocked by a boulder. The only way to enter is to answer a riddle. In which Rockwell has inscribed in the boulder upon. The only way to find the correct answers to Rockwell's questions and his riddle, find the old men with turtle shell hats, they don't lie and they lead you to the right path to obtaining him the easy way.))

"What is the riddle? Maybe we should look around to see if anyone knows what the question is and the answer to it." Eidorian suggested.

Fayne nodded. "For now I'll send out Selbis to find a path there while we find help with that." He summoned her, a blue light erupting out of the ground before the fairy esper came out.

"I'm guessing that you need me for something other than healing?" Selbis asked, raising an eyebrow.

Fayne nodded. "I need you to scout a path to Rockwell's temple."

Can't Felblaze do it? She wondered to herself. "Fine. Any idea where it might be?"

I'm guessing near the forest." Fayne answered, though not entirely sure.

She nodded, slowly flying off.

"I don't think I'll ever get used to that. Anybody feel like exploring the town? I'm going to get myself a free bit of dinner~!" Ayumi went back to the inn to change into the one dress that she had bought and strutted into a resturant. It was too easy to 'convince' the owner of the resturant to invite her for a meal.

((tortoiseshell hats, Rion? I'd be a bit worried about the sanity of anyone with that sort of hat on, old men or otherwise...))

"What ever you say," Orpheus shrugged and chucked a couple more corpses into the fire, feeling the warmth of the flame lick against his face every time a new source of 'tinder' was fed into it. "I wonder if we'll attract more demons with this flame though..." He muttered thoughtfully, glancing at their surroundings just out of habit as he retrieved a chunk of the first dragon he had thrown in and gnawed on it, his eyes glowing eerily in the semi-darkness.

"I'm guessing that's your brother then," Zeke said to the angel by him as Andorre introduced himself to Fayne. Not too many beings with wings around here... well, nevermind. He thought as he glanced around, as he was clearly outnumber by beings with wings. "Are we just waiting for Selbis to be back then?" He asked Fayne and began to follow Ayu - he was up for grubs as well.

"So? This is training~! Anyways, tis fun!"

"Ah, sir, you wouldn't mind if one or two of my friends join us later on, do you?" It was surprisingly easy to have this male eat out of her hands. Maybe her dragon blood really did assert itself in her blood.
"Mmm, sure." She gave a quick glance towards Zeke and gave a quick smirk and a wink. It is amusing how easy it is to get a free meal around here.

As the others talked, Ryu distracted himself by once again repairing his undeads arm. Even Accidentally stabbing the man in the side at Ayu's little jab but still did not answer her as he went back to ignoring the girl. At least it could be said he had strong will power. "How long will it take that esper of yours?" the question was directed at Fayne as he didnt care to look at the angels or Ayu for that matter.

Fayne shrugged. "Thirty minutes at least." He looked over, wondering what she was looking at right now. Hopefully a temple.

Elsewhere was Selbis, flying through the forest and trying to find some sort of temple or a clue to one. Reconnaissance was so boring, she sighed. So far she hadn't found anything so either Fayne was bad with directions or whoever fed him that information had lied. She decided to some more looking for clues so that it wouldn't have been wasted time.

Caleb shrugged, grabbing a bone from the floor and sticking it through the meat. Raw meat tasted terrible in his mind. Even if they attracted more demons it would mean more training...or food. Hopefully not a giant blob. If it was he would stop trying to eat altogether.

As the tunnel came closer, Izumi slowed down slightly so Rion would be the first one in. She remembered him mentioning something, an animal or something that could hurt themand was hoping there was more then one tunnel in the underground passage and he'd know which one to go to to avoid it.

Rion heard hissing in the area, "Damn it knows we're here. I was hoping to avoid this monster again........Izumi, I'll say this one more time. Are you sure you don't want to use the dimensional gate? It's safer than being petrified or being poisoned by the basilisk. Basilisk venom has no cure by far and the venom moves faster than regular snake venom in the veins of living beings. I was lucky enough to have an enchanted item to protect me from the basilisk but I don't have that item anymore. So, are you really sure you want to cross the pathway?" Rion asked.

((just close your eyes, that always works for me when I'm dealing with basilicks))

Izumi swallowed as she looked between Rion and the entrance to the tunnel. She knew he'd rather go through the portal while she rathered take her chances with the basilisk. She was probably just being stupid being scared by something like teleportation but unfortunately she wasnt thinking about that now. "Well its not like wed have to fight it...would we?" She asked finally letting her gaze stay on Rion. "I mean if we run really fast then we can make i past the basilisk or something..."

((Humans don't have high powerful senses unlike werewolves and other creatures, Dragoness plus the basilisk is blocking the way. This monster isn't slow like other basilisks this guy is fast.))

Rion looked at Izumi with a serious look. "What makes you think we can run fast enough to avoid him? He'll try and eat us and he might succeed in catching you and Kamui. I'm fast enough to get past him but I'm not willing to let both of you die. Fighting him isn't opinional, if you're scared of teleportation, I'll have to be the bait for him while both of you run. I'll tell you when to close your eyes, hopefully Kamui can helping you find the right way with her nose. Try not to get bitten by it." Rion said as he walked through the tunnel. Spirits of the dead illuminate the tunnel. "Hmmm......will o' wisps, that's nice. They're trying to help us by allowing us to see in the dark. It's eerie but it's not bad. There might be some glow moss in the deeper part of the area. Kamui, Izumi, keep close to me, got it?" Rion said nicely.

"Not planning on paying him, are you?" Zeke said lightly to Ayu as the two of them were seated. Unbuckling his sword he put it aside on the chair with surprisingly care - if anybody needed that chair later, he could move it. "Even though you have all that gold from your scales?"

"Of course I won't pay. Why should I? Or should I say 'we' because you have joined me? It is simple enough to get a free meal, it is just a tad harder in resturants because the owners expect.... *ahem* something back." She had a dagger strapped to the inside of her thigh, disguised as a garter, just in case anything happened. When the owner came back to their booth with food, she whispered to Zeke. "If he tries anything, help me slightly. I'd rather not have his hands on me... Who knows where they've been..." She winced at thought.

Izumi frowned at Rion as he spoke. It was almost degrading th way he was saying he was faster then her. After all, did he have any djinn that could help him be as fast as the wind itself? Of course not. But instead of arguing, Izumi simply flipped her hair again and pulled herself onto Zeke's horse. She knew Rion probably just wanted to act big since men always considered themselves better then woman. And in a situation like this it almost made Kamui and Izumi seem like damsel's in distress.

"Fine" Izumi replied simply, offering a hand to pull Kamui up on the horse with her. If Rion wanted to sacrifice himself due to pride, why should she stop him? Izumi would simply have the horse run with her wind djinn and then she and Kamui would be out before Rion could blink. Of course the matter of staying on the horse without Zeke to hold onto was another matter that would be addressed as it came

((Izumi is so stubborn, and she thinks so wrongly like everything is sexism between guys and girls. XD Oh well, Rion is trying to be nice and wants Izumi to understand that he wants to help, even though his statement was a bit too mean.))

Rion sighed. "You know, you're just as stubborn as your ancestor Saki the Original Spirit Guardian. Listen I'm sorry I hurt your pride by saying I'm faster than you, in all honesty if we did a race without using our powers you'd beat me. Anyways I'm only trying to help you out. I have no pride in the matter of this stupid ordeal, I only worry for my friends. If you can't see that I'm worried for you then fine. Oh and using a djinn in a place like this attracts, Spirit Eaters. Your djinn might get eaten alive. Anyways if you want you may go in alone if your so stubborn, I'm tired of trying to be so nice. I'm out of here. I hope both of you stay alive......" Rion said as he opened another dimensional gateway to the mining town Guildia. "Saki....." Rion whispered.

((Because Izumi was constantly compared to men and belittled by others in her line of work for being a woman. Cant change a characters personality just cause its convenient xD))

Shock appeared and dissapeared on Izumi's face as it seemed once again Rion could read her mind. Letting out a light "Hmph." SHe turned her back to Rion and pulled the horse on the reins. "The least you can do is not drag a child into our fight." Izumi said with a trace of anger that was quite unlike her. And being compared to a complete stranger didnt really help Rion at this point. "Go with him Kamui, go find Elizabeth and be safe." With that she released the Childs hand and whipped the horses reins. At this point she did not care if she made it back to them. After all, what did this group have to offer to her? What a silly girl Izumi was to think by saving the world her dreams would come true. Perhaps Zeke's earlier insults were true about her but none of that mattered anymore.

As the horse started down the tunnel, Izumi held on tight as if scared to death she would fall. The strangest part was the horse wasnt running that fast, at the very least it was just a simple trot. But in Izumi's mind that was fast enough. Anything that frightened her after all, seemed worse to the girl then it was. Including teleportation.

"You think he'd try something? He did promise you the meal before... well, before he realized that you had a man with you." At this Zeke couldn't help but to grin pleasantly at the innkeeper, letting his golden eyes rake past the man's shocked face. "Might as well never clarify our relationship - let his mind conjure what it would... are the others not joining us?" He asked and frowned, peering outside of the gate. "Oh well, more for me I guess... I'm starving."

I wonder where's Izumi and Rion and that baby werewolf right about now...
"I suppose if the fire attracts them, so let it be." Orpheus said with a trace of musing in his voice as he snapped the bone in his hand and sucked the marrow out. Easily tossing the broken thing back into the fire, he picked up another piece and started munching. Once you get used to the taste of it, it actually didn't taste half bad... As he ate, he seeped some of his magic through the blood rain that had fallen earlier to analyze the strange liquid. He wanted to find the healing factor in it, in case any out of the three of them needed healing later. "Hmph, fun... being kidnapped probably would've been fun compared to battling those things from the air."
