Allene sensed the thought in Levi. And shook her head, she pointed to Kirin and said. "He's already asleep... Guess we'll have to inform him of his new Mummy and Daddy when he wakes." she laughed. "Well in short, this is a pretty simple gig. There's going to be a ball tomorrow night and I need to get inside and get upstairs to the lord's office. There I've been informed there are documents that are relievent to our govenment's security." She shrugged. "So, if you both wish to go, one of you is going to be my date while we have to find someone to be a cover for the other. I think it might even be better this way, if I can get you both to help me that is. I'll need someone to be a lookout watching the stair for the lord, and someone to be waiting in the wings as a distraction if I get pinned in. At least that is how I'm thinking on working it if, like I said, you two want to be in on it." She laughed, Good thing my boss lets me pull in outside help... Otherwise this would not be a pretty sight... She laughed inwardly. I love being freelance!

Levi had laid himself on the floor and fallen asleep rather quickly. He yawned and rolled to his side, his body was pulled into what looked to be a very small ball, but awkwardly enough, he was comfortable.

Levi sighed softly and felt that the morning was close by, he yawned widely then rolled to his other side, the hood felt like a somewhat comfortable pillow for him. As he slowly made his way to his feet, he noticed a pure white blonde streak through the front of his hair, but, what had come over him? He felt calm, his eyes had taken on Demitrius' color but yet, he was still Levi. While he slept, he unknowningly 'tamed the wild beast' he yawned again and prickd his fangs against his lower lip "ouch, didnt expect that" he chuckled softly waiting for the others to wake.

[Sim, where are you guys? I mean, I'm not sure if your in a helicopter or somewhere else. I haven't really done this rp thing before and so... well, I have a certain way I'm going to start in mind, but I need to know where you are and who you are with (your characters, I mean]

(Allene, Levi and Kirin (all vampires) are in a helicopter on their way from Menel to Centre-Mina (G). Emi (fairy) is still in Menel, but she's going to leave soon, Niniel (elf) is probably on her way north to neutral territory, I have no clue about Lland (harpy), and the other two (a dragon and a shape-shifter) are on a boat from Port Sord (L) to Himar (N))

Emi woke up and stretched, getting herself ready to leave. It was morning, afterall, and she had told her boss she was only staying in Menel for one day. She brushed herself off and straightened her dress, and her hand came across the medalion that she was now wearing around her neck. She looked at it curiously, and found that it looked to be a dragon. She wondered what kind of metal it was, probably steel since she'd heard that vampires were allergic to silver. She placed it so that it was hanging down inside her dress, and also used some illusion magic to make it invisible. A dragon is a lesser species, and she couldn't risk being accused of being a traitor just because of a medalion. Things were getting crazy like that these days, people being accused for the slightest reasons because everyone was becoming paranoid.
She sighed and flew out of her little hiding place where she had spent the night and took off down the road. She came upon a truck heading her way and latched on for the ride.

Odette watched from the trees as the helicopter took off. Ooh, goody, a ball, she thought, tomorrow. She ruffled her feathers a bit and took flight, following the helicopter. She'd been following the vampires for a while now, hoping to find some information on anything, anything, that would tell her whether they could be friend or foe. So far, all she heard was something about a ball and documents relevant to government security. . . .get inside and get upstairs to the lord's office. . .govenment's security. . . she remembered. How was she to get to that ball? . . .find someone to be a cover. . . Great, now all she needed to do was seduce a vampire. Piece of cake.

Emi rode in the back of a pickup truck down the road, tiny and unnoticable. Suddenly she heard the annoying beep in her ear again and reached up and touched her com link.
"Yes sir?... Affirmative, I am on my way to Centre-Mina.... via whatever I can find, of course. I'm in the back of a pickup truck at the moment.... yes sir, it does explain some of the background noises... no, sir, I'm not trying to be smart with you, honest. ...Negative, sir. I found nothing suspicious in Menel. .... Allene? Yes, I met her. She seemed like a well balanced individual. She left on some mission and took two other vampires with her. ...No sir, I do not think that they are agents. ...Kirin and Leviathan, sir. Kirin is a new vampire, just sired by Allene recently, I think sir. They still share a very strong connection. Levi is a bit older and he's also half dragon. .... Yes sir, I agree it is an odd combination, but he did not seem suspicious to me, sir. ... Suspicious? You find it all to be suspicious? .... Very well, sir, I'll follow them, although I do not find it odd that she recruited their help. They both seem like they'd be good fighters, or at least a good diversion... No sir, I am not questioning your judgment. Where are they headed? ...Really? What a coincidence. I'll report back as soon as I find anything worth note."
With that she took her hand off the com link and sat back with a sigh. She really didn't like her boss much, but at least she believed in their cause. They gave her a way to actually help in the war efforts even though she was not a fighter. She wondered what kind of intel he might have on Allene or possibly one of the other two that would make him think they were suspicious, but apparently she didn't have high enough clearances to find out.

(Ok, I can't just stay up any later hoping to rp tonight. I'm getting tired and it's getting harder and harder to type. So... goodnight)

Odette had been flying after the helicopter for a while now and ehr wings were tired. She gave it an extra spurt of energy and flew up to the helicopter, using all her strength to hold on to bar under it. As soon as she had a firm grasp, she shifted. It took only a second, and then she sat on the bar, holding on for dear life as her cloak fluttered about and her hair whipped her face.

[I have to say here, Odette can shift with her clothes on, kinda like Minerva on Harry Potter. Im not too fond of HP, but I didn't want to have to have a bird carrying clothes or anything.]

Allene woke and realized how close it was to sunrise. She felt panic flood her mind. She inhaled deeply. About 20 minutes... give or take. And the palace was already in sight. She pulled up her hood and held on tightly as the chopper landed. "Lets get in quickly."

[[Okay, here's what I'm thinking. This palace is home to a noble family of Pheonixs, but only a small section of the place is actually private. For the most part its been turned into a lived in museum. Paired with several gift shops and a whole level of chambers which were converted into comercial hotel suites. However the upper most levels and the ballroom are private. 'Cept when the nice little nobles decide to have a party, :D so we our sneaking about will be happening 'tonight' at their ball when they are more vulnerable. Sound good? Levi looked over at her, pulled his hood up over his head as well, put his gloves back on and growled from the approaching sun "agreed" he sighed softly

[Sim, I just didn't know what to do in this rp, seeing as it's so far along, so i just made my character follow yours. I don't really know what Im doing.]

Odette could see that the sun was coming up. That wasn't good. She didn't want to be seen. Quickly, she changed back into her hawk form and continued following, thankful for the rest her arms got. She wondered what the vampires were going to do about the rising sun.

[Lol, I was going to say upcoming sun 'cause I didn't know what to say, then I realised that the sun is rising.]

They landed somewhat softly. Allene noticed that Kirin had yet to stir from his slumber. She undid her straps and then his before she pulled one of his arms over her shoulder and carefully disembarked from the chopper. They were about fifteen feet from the front gate, and then another dozen yards from getting inside the actual palace. She tried to walk as quickly as she could while supporting the mass of Kirin. Finally she made it inside the front door. She exhaled a sigh of utter relief, that was close even for her. A woman in an emerald uniform approached them. "May I help you?" she asked in a fake kind voice. "Perhaps a room for you and your companions?"
Allene nodded. "Yes, three bed suite if you have one." She requested.
The woman looked at a clipboard she carried and said in an almost arrogent manner, "Nope. I got a few one bed chambers, a couple 2 bed chambers, and then I got 4 bed quarters."
"Fine, 4 beds it is. Guess I have room for company." She said in annoyed tone. The girl was getting on her nerves. The woman nodded and gestured for them to follow her down a long passage way to their chambers.

[[btw I'm thinking that the noble family that lives here in this palace is indifferent to races so that it won't be odd if we have lessers mixing in with the greaters. Or having it so that the family at least puts up a front of indifference so that they appear kindly or whatever. That way this event can kinda be open to whomever wants to join in.]]

Levi stared at the young woman, he was hungry and she looked delicious, he then looked over at Allene with a look of 'please?' in his eyes. He sighed then chuckled softly "that boy can sleep through anything" he said motioning to Kirin still out cold, he pushed a chunk of blond hair from his face and blinked his baby-blue eyes

Odette waited in a tree a little ways away from the inn until the vampires were out of sight. Then, she floated down and shifted. She walked to the inn, but no attendants were present. She waited until a woman in green came back. "A room for one, please," she told the woman at the desk.

"Right away," the woman smiled and looked at her clipboard. "We have a one bed chamber near the front of the building, or the back. Which would you like?"

"Back," Odette responded before the woman had barely finished. She followed the woman down the long halls to a chamber in the back.

[Wow, I really said 'back' alot here.]

Allene smiled at Levi and shook her head. "I know, I would be tempted too, but we can't. Not yet at least. " She smelled the air behind the woman and could tell she wasn't what she would call an inoccent. but she would be a problem if they ate her just yet. once they made it to the room Allene laid Kirin down as gently as she could. Then she smiled and leaned down to kiss his forehead. "I forgot what it was like to be young... I doubt he can even wake durring the day at this point." She sighed and walked over to Levi and linked arms with him. "Shall we go find something to eat? Or are you tired?" She asked.

levi looked down at her with the look of pure wonderment, he smiled widely "i'm wide awake and starving, lets go get something to eat" his voice was smooth yet calm, something was eating at him though, he couldnt put a finger on it, and refused to "shall we m'lady?" he said in a jokeing type manner

[Oh. Sim, I just messaged 'Nice butt football player' about whether he knew about swords or not, thinking maybe he could help with our situation, cuz he goes to the greenwood faire, so maybe he knew. lol.]

The room was no where near empty. She had her own mini apartment here. In the corner was a bed, with a TV on a drawered table across from it. There was a nightstand with a lamp next to the bed and a half-fridge in the opposite corner. Odette put her foot on the bed and began pulling her weapons out; a dagger from her boot, two sais from her belt, a handgun from an ankle holster. After she got all her weapons out, she took off her boots and cloak. She was tired, so she stripped down to her underwear, folding her clothes in the process, and laid down. She curled up in the clean blankets and pulled them tighter around her for warmth. Then, she drifted off.

Allene smiled and nodded. "Lead on m'lord." She said with laughter in her voice and eyes. Levi was a good guy and she liked being around him. "Oh, and we should go by the tailory and get you a suit. or something for the ball tonight." She smiled and then bit her lip. "I need to get a gown too. " She sighed and then chuckled. "Don't worry I'm not going to make you go shopping with me. Anyways, I hear they have good blood and meat here." She walked along side him into the hall way and towards the more comercial parts of the palace where they sold all maner of things, from food to clothes to trinkets.

Odette sat up as quickly as she had lain down. She remembered, the ball, it was tonight. She needed a dress. Crap, she needed a dress. She hadn't worn a dress since she was five. Damn it. She pulled her clothes on. She may not like dresses, but she was still a woman and shopping still took a long time. Especially because she didn't like dresses. That made her extra picky. She put her dagger back in her boot, but left the rest of her weapons in the drawer under the TV. She opened the door and headed out.

"a suit? i thought that i'd be back in the room and you and Kirin would go.." his voice trailed off yet seemed to grow higher as he grew a tad more surprised but also relieved "you in a gown?" he grinned playfully then stuck his tongue out to her "ooo blood mmm" he closed his eyes and no sooner did this happen, he ran into someone's backside "sorry" he huffed unsure of how to react

He really enjoyed being around Allene, but couldnt quite understand why he grew jealous when Kirin had begun to flirt with her and vise versa.

Odette walked down the hall, trying to remember all the twists and turns the girl had made.

Allene smiled and said "Yes suit, if you think I'm letting you get out of this thing you're insane." Then she looked down. "I don't know if he would even let me talk him into it if I-- heh, anyways." Then she glared at Levi. "Under no other Circumstances would you see that sight. But its for work." She was about to speak but then Levi ran into someone and she stopped and appologized. "It was my fault, I was distracting us both."

Levi disagreed then bowed softly to the man "sorry, it was my fault, not hers, she's innocent" the man shrugged and walked off leaving Levi stunned "are you kidding? Allene, that boy would do anything for you" he chuckled softly then stared down into her eyes, keeping himself under control, he was the type of person to keep his eyes in the correct places until given permission.

Someone ran into Odette, well bumped really, but Odette didn't like it. "What do you thin you're--?" she began, but then stopped, realising it was the vampires. The female was apoligizing. Odette wasn't much for acceptin apologies, but she had a charade to put on. "It's perfectly fine," she said, plastering a fake smile to her face.

[Sim, don't you just love how Odette reminds you of Ava, how all my charas seem to be evil b*****s?]

"He's inthralled with me, because I sired him..." Her voice was pained and she looked down at her feet as she walked. "I'm afraid he will grow tired of me as soon as he is stronger." She sighed and looked up at Levi. "Plus I'm not the type of woman he would want to get involved with if he actually knew me. But thats okay," she shrugged it off casually though her insides felt like ice and she wanted to cry out. "I've been along 91 years, I'm used to it by now." She bumpes into a girl. " I'm sorry... Hello there, are you looking for your way out of the maze?" she said jokingly.

Odette saw her chance. "Yes," she said, exaggerating the word like a helpless maiden. Smiling seductively, she grabbed on to man's arm.
