So like this random thing happened to me when I was walking home from school a couple of days ago and well I decided to tell you guys and girls now....
So I was walking and as soon I was almost this Guy I don't even know said "Hey" to me, just lucky I was on the other side of the street, and that Guy looked a bit freaky and he was sitting by an apartment...well on the stairs actually.
So got I got a bit scared so I walked a bit more then I went right past so hes off my side view, but then he says something I didn't understand but I think it was goodbye...
I was so glad I got home then when my sister came I told her about that then she got worried about me getting hurt...
Anyways has something like happen to you? or Has a something like that happen to your friend?
Oh yeah I can't stop myself because I just want to say this my so called friend well I think that is still well I wouldn't know anyways when it was winter here before for no parent reason he pushed me on the street it was just so lucky it was red light, and this lady have to help me up because he wasn't doing on helping me since he was trying to bring me back up with his legs...
Now thats out of my system.... I'm not sure what els to put but okay.... xD :sweat:

The closest experience I've had to your story was way worse than yours..
Long way back, when I was a kid, I lived in an apartment that was close to a lot of parks. My favourite park had a small woods (small forest.. whatever) that would bring me to the other park. One day, my friends and I were going by the woods, and there was this man sitting on his bike, rubbing his.. friend. He started talking to us. I believe he tried to molest me, too. >_<;
On our way back to the first park, we saw him again.
I was so scared, I crossed the creek so I would be on the other side from him.
We never told anyone.. I don't know why. S:

No offense, but I barely understood what you just wrote. :shock:
I think I've had a few encounters like yours before. I don't remember any, though. ><'

If it was you didn't understand sorry... :sweat:
I was kinda rushing without reading it through....
And that must have been freaky to see a guy like that rubbing his friend, I could almost feel you must have felt.

Not sure if this would quite relate but...
You know the game you play while you're on car rides, Sweet and Sour? Where you wave to passing cars and if they wave back they're sweet but it they don't, they're sour and what not....
Well when my friend and I were younger, there was this guy in his 50s or so, and we waved to him.
He waved back and decided to blow a kiss to us.
Yeah.
Horrified the hell out of us. We never played that game since.

I get creepy things happening to me all the time. I think the worst was when I was in the city and some guy came up to me when I was walking to my car and asked me if I could give him a ride and I said no. He kept following me anyway so I went away from where my car was parked, back toward the venue I was at where my sister and my friend were. He followed me the whole time asking me for money and/or a ride. At one point he grabbed my hand and wouldn't let go for a while, luckily I was on a busy street though.
There was this other time in the city when my friend and I were walking and this guy asked my friend for food. She said okay and started walking off with him towards a cony island. Then I said I was going to go with them and he started freaking out saying how I shouldn't sneak up on him and that I "came out of nowhere" even though I was standing right there the whole time. He then told her nevermind if I was coming then walked off. It was really odd. I still make fun of my friend to this day about walking off with a crack addict.
Another time, in the same city, I had some homeless guy ask me to come live with him and he grabbed my hand saying how pretty I was and that I should come live with him. He told me he lived in the art gallery across the street. I told him thank you and that maybe I'll visit him sometime then walked off. Luckily, he didn't bug me after that.
I tend not to worry too much about things like that though, which probably isn't too good. I've always come out okay in the end though so I guess that's why I never really panic or get too worked up over anything. I'm like a weirdo magnet too and get all sorts of weird people coming up to me all the time.

Well, I've had a few similar things happen. I was taking a walk one afternoon by myself. It wasn't that strange to walk alone. I live in a very quiet island town, so, it's not like we have a huge crime rate or anything.
But, as I'm walking, I hear a car coming up from behind me down the road. I peek over my shoulder and see this white car slowly following me, edging closer and closer to side walk where I'm walking. Then, it comes to a complete stop and I bolted. I didn't know what else to do, but I freaked out and ran to one of my friends.
That is my similar story.

^^; sorry
But from what I gathered, I have this to say.
There was a middle-aged lady sitting on a step. She looked homeless, but I'm not sure.. and she was smoking. Anyway, the woman called out to my little sister to come sit on her lap. > <
My sister was like five and I was eight. Lucky my sister was scared of her, heh~
When random people say hi to me I just give them an evil (or a "right... *quizzical look*) stare and then ignore them and walk away. I don't really worry about them much. I DO think they're a bit crazy, but nobody would try to hurt me.. right? i Ai

When you reach about 12, people in passing cars decide that's not cute anymore. My friend and I did it to see how many times we could get flipped off. I'd say around 10, but we only did it for like 20 minutes...
That might be an NJ thing though.
People honk the horn when I run to scare the crap out of me. Stupid teenagers. It's not funny. And it's even worse around here because of the way my neighborhood is, I can easily pass the same care 2-3 times while they're on their way to the highway.

@Kieran Haines
Yeah well things like that do happen...I guess but that really has never happened to me before and if that did I would tell my mom and she say "Oh just forget them, so they won't come knocking on our door"
@Silver Wing
I have had many people say that to me even though I'm not, well actually it's kinda more to my moms friends who use to say that... but now I don't even see them anymore. Oh and when they would say that my mom would always agree as usual, and I would go to my room when that happens.
@mystic kiwi
WoW!
You have gotten grabbed by strangers allot, I'm just glad your okay. :) No stranger ever grabbed me before I'm also glad of that, because my sister would actual be scared for me, to wonder if I was okay when it happened. She would be like freaking out, and that's what I like about my sister, always so caring for me... ^.^
@Clair Voyant
Really that happened to you. I mean I live in Canada... and I'm not even sure if theres allot of crime stuff here, maybe it's because I don't watch the News much....
but I do here the News stuff sometimes. Anyways if that would have happened to me a car creeping up on me like that for like if I look the first time and see that maybe it's just parking and all I would it hurt me... but if the second time and I feel like it's following me I would run until I'm like somewhere safe.
@Duchess
Yup thanks for saying for what you have gathered really have nothing much to say to you... Only to me it just seems like you were trying to prove your point but in my case I am not as brave you for examples: I am afraid of the dark, I'm terrified of bugs they really creep me out even just one look at them makes me scared, I cannot watch scary movies alone and I can't sleep in a room alone just lucky me and my sister have the same separate beds just to let you know, and I have many more... Just to let you know I'm not the bravest Girl you would meet at all.
@Queen Fool
Ha Ha
There's something you should know I am 12 turning 13 in November, and you should know something no matter what age you are if strangers think your pretty they WILL do things to you OR they WILL say things to you...
Oh and by the way it sounds your saying everyone turns Ugly when their older and to me that just seems mean... No Offense Though.

I have had a lot of bad and weird experiences walking on the street. Starting from when i was young i always put on a mean face and a tough look it seems to keep less people from messing with me or saying something. Also from experience with the weird creeps on the streets and just kids messing with people walking by the best thing to do is not say anything...it seems if you say something they will keep bothering you.
Anyways at least you never were stalked ;) that's the scariest thing that ever happened to me...

People are weird, things like that happen. People who have something bad in mind will always try and test you in that way. If you show fear you're done for. I ignore it but i know very well where that person is at, so they are not getting to close.
I took lessons in selfdefense and it helped me a lot, i feel much more confident on the street.
I had the weirdest things happening to me, from some man suddenly showing me his.. well yanno >_< to ...worse i'm not gonne write it here.
