The way I look at it is, the expensive ones are not going to get any cheaper, but the cheaper ones are only going to get more expensive. Therefore I decided it was worth it investment wise for me to give up the more expensive ones to get a good number of the cheaper ones, and then quest the more expensive ones back later on after I have obtained all the cheaper ones I missed out on during my long hiatus, hehe. I did think it out carefully before selling my more expensive items. ;)

@ Fizzi - Haha. It made more sense for me to get the most rare items first, before they inflated too much. The cheaper items do inflate, but they won't inflate to massive prices as fast as the already massively priced ones. Or at least, I hope they don't. o3o;
Well, it worked well enough for me when I was questing. But then again, I had only missed a few of the 07 Events when I had joined, so I didn't have as much to worry about.

Well, thing is, I already had the expensive items, and they had actually inflated quite rapidly, in my opinion. I mean, I went on hiatus and they were only worth a few thousand, come back and they were worth sooooo much more. Maybe it just seemed to me like they inflated over night since I was gone, I don't know, but to go from being valued at only a few thousand to over 60,000 in such a short period of time, was actually kind of a shock to me.

Since I had missed almost every event on Mene, there were a whole lot of items I didn't get, and some of those items have inflated since I got them as well, so believe me, it was well worth giving up a few items to get most of what I missed out on.

Heh. I'm not sure what I would have done. xD; Probably just winged it. That's what I did on my quest and everything worked out. *IRRESPONSIBLE* x)

Well, I'm not any good at playing the games and they mess with my carpal tunnel, and I just don't make enough gold chatting, so it was either that, or take forever and ever to quest the items, hehe.

xD; I lack the patience it takes to be good at games. I do play a fair game of Tetris when things get really desperate, though. And I'm alright with Snake and Helicopter.

Hmm what would you recommend for my current avi? I think she needs something in a bone color either around her waist or around one of her thighs, to match the bone color in the antlers. Either that, or I could change the antlers to the other ones without the bone thing across her head, but then she definitely needs something on the top of her head.

Ohhh hmmm, wonder if there is a black headband? That would work.

well I personally don't think the rose hair pin goes...as a lot of bulk black to the head

Oh I agree with you, it doesn't look quite right. I don't like using the Peacock Regalia with this gem on it either, but she cannot wear a headband with the antlers as the antlers take the headband off and vice versa.

I can't seem to find anything that will match the bone color in the other antlers either, without adding too much bone color or having to subtract her leggings. I want her to look druidic, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what to add that will actually work.

It's too bad the headband won't work, as I think it would have been perfect.
