I cant really descirbe so ill show where ive seen it, Project Mene - Cycle 3 : Summer Ed - Scores & R3 under "Some Favorites" from the left numbers 26 and 37are wearing this really pretty dress. 26's is purple and 37's is blue.

Can someone tell me what this dress is? And where can i get one?
