I used to lose my retainer - I almost once a week! cause you don't *eat* with it in, so I would take it out and leave it in its little box on the table, or tray, or school, omg - my dad DUG through a Mexican restaurant garbage, poor guy, to save one... I still had to wear it - Man... I brushed that thing ~ I didn't bleach it but I peroxided it. *nasty*
