Alec griped his wrist as Kyrie spoke, rubbing his fingers over the scar that was there, he always did that whenever he thought of Derma. Derma had fallen for wrath and pride, and possibly a bit of lust was in there too. Alec shut his eyes, he didn't feel good, he didn't want to hear any more about the extremely fallen angels, it brought back bad memories.

"Then there's that Derma guy who lives a few houses away, he's creepy..I try to ignore him, but those eyes of his creep me out.." Kyrie shuddered."Anyway..Sometimes we see royal demons around here as well..I know I'm in love with Nero, but dang the princes of hell are sexy.."

"I was named after the devil himself, oddly enough." Lucy laughed."I just call myself Lucy to not freak people out so much, they say I actually look like one of his sons a bit too much.."

Alec shuddered slightly at the mention of Derma's name. He was too close, why'd he have to be so close. He placed his hands to his face trying to forget everything that had happened between Derma and him, he just couldn't understand how the angel had gone from being so nice to being so cruel.

"It's alright, Alec.He won't touch you..Most of the time, he's not at home, so you don't have to be scared so much..I won't ever let him touch you, I swear it." Lucy smiled, hugging Alec gently to his chest."You might see him once or twice, but that's it.He knows that if he attempts to kill anyone down here, with the royal family so close, his wings will be ripped out of his back..One of the elder princes is quite protective of newly fallen."

Alec nodded his head slightly and looked up at Lucy. There was just so much about Derma's falling that Alec didn't understand and he supposed that scared him the most, aside from Derma's attempt to murder him, but even that had been strange. "He use to be really nice."

"Ah..That's strange.." Lucy sighed."It's odd how people can be so nice, then turn around and try to kill you.."

Alec nodded his head, not wishing to share more of just how close to Derma he had been. "It was too confusing," said Alec lightly.

(I gots to go to work so this will be my last post until later tonight...so 7 or so hours from now I should be back)

"I'll never do a thing like that to you though..Promise." Lucy passionately kissed Alec's lips and purred softly."I'll keep you safe, and I'll love you forever.."

Alec pulled away slightly and shook his head. Hadn't Derma said something similar? And looked what happened, but Alec wasn't so insecure about something like that happening that he wouldn't trust anyone ever again, he just didn't like how things were moving.

Lucy smiled kindly and petted Alec."I love you..Forget about what happened, It's in the past..I won't hurt you..It's not in my nature to be violent.In fact, I'm pretty dang weak, I'd bet I can't even bruise you." lucy laughed softly, and hugged his little angel.

Alec nodded his head lightly maybe he did believe Lucy, or at the very least he wanted to believe what the demon was saying. "Okay," he said lightly.

Lucy smiled, and kissed Alec's cheek." I really do love you.." He smiled."I'd do anything to protect you.."

Alec sighed slightly and turned his head to look at Lucy. "How can you be so sure?"

"Only five words..True love at first sight." Lucy smiled, and kissed Alec's forehead.

Alec smiled weakly, he wasn't sure he believed in such a thing. Which was odd because it was one of those things that the truly innocent angel's raved about, something he use to believe in, but after Derma things had no longer made much sense and things certainly didn't make any sense with Lucy around.

"How can I prove it to you, that I love you?" Lucy said, gently running his fingers through the boy's hair."Anything but let you go home.I'll do anything but that."

"I don't know, nothing really, I just need to get use to the idea," said Alec with a light smile.

"Alright.." Lucy smiled softly."Would you like some dessert? I'm going to go make chocolate chip cookies." He giggled.

"You can bake?" asked Alec in a skeptical but joking manner.

"Yeah, Nero can cook the meals better, but I can bake better." Lucy giggled.

"I was never very good at either," said Alec with a light smile.

Lucy giggled."Yeah, Kyrie isn't either, that's why you have us!" He laughed, and stood up."I'll go get them mixed up and in the oven."

Alec smiled a little, it was strange how the demons could cook and the angels couldn't but he rather liked that.

Lucy kissed Alec's cheek gently and went into the kitchen.

Kyrie, who had been blushing the entire time he watched Lucy loving on Alec, and he giggled."You two remind me of a month ago, when Nero announced that he really loved me.."

Alec looked at Kyrie and smiled weakly. "I'm terrified of love," said Alec, "and it's only because everyone blamed me for Derma's falling."
