Alec shrugged slightly. "I don't know."

Lucy sighed."I wish I knew..I wish I could make you happy, Alec..I want to see you REALLY smile.."

Alec shrugged slightly. "It's only been a day Lucy, I'm still not overly thrilled about having been kidnapped."

"Alright..Sorry..I-I'll give you more time..I'll just leave you alone now." Lucy said, standing up and walking out, then sitting in Nero's room and watching TV, trying to not think about the little angel in his room.

Alec hadn't actually wanted to be left alone, but he supposed he came off that way. Then again perhaps he did need some time to just be by himself, maybe he could sort through everything that was going on in his mind.

Nero went into his room and sat by Lucy."Something wrong with Alec?"

"No, he just needs some time alone..Away from me." Lucy sighed.

Alec laid back on the bed then rolled onto his side and curled up.

"Alright, Lucy.Just tell me if you need anything, You seem to be going into one of your depressed phases..I'll make sure to get you plenty of chocolate from the candy shop near my work tommorow, I know you'll need it." Nero laughed, and slowly opened the door to Lucy's room, where the little angel was."Alec?I just wanted to tell you that dinner will be done in a bit, so don't sleep too deeply." he laughed, closing the door again.

Alec blinked slightly and looked up briefly when Nero opened the door. He nodded his head in acknowledgment. He didn't plan on sleeping, if he was going to do anything it was going to be crying, and he didn't know why it was just one of those terrible random feelings he sometimes got when he was alone.

Nero came back in, turned off the TV and sat beside Alec."Here..This always helps Lucy, when he's about to cry..I can tell you are.." He said, grabbing a little wooden box off of one fo the nightstands and twisting a key that stuck in it's back, making it begin to play a haunting lullaby."It's funny..This was both my and Lucy's mothers' favorite lullaby to sing us, they sang the exact same one to us when we cried.."

Alec looked up slightly when Nero came back and turned off the TV. He rested his head back on the bed when Nero started up the little box, it made him feel a little better.

Nero smiled, and petted Alec lightly."It'll be alright, okay?Lucy knows you need time, he's just impatient.."

Alec nodded his head lightly before asking, "you don't think I'm strange do you?" He didn't know why he asked, but he just did.

"No..Your pretty normal, but then again I don't know you that well yet..You are a bit odd for an angel, but that's expected." Nero laughed.

Alec blinked slightly, "what do you mean 'that's expected'?"

"Noone's completely normal, we all have our quirks.And plus, Lucy seems to like quirky boys." Nero laughed.

Alec smiled lightly and nodded his head. "That's true. Lucy a little strange, but I don't really mind it much."

"He really likes you, you should be thankful for that.." Nero laughed."He never really hates anyone, but when he does, either everyone has to run for their lives, or the person he's angrry at has to run, he is scary."

Alec sat up for a moment and looked at Nero. "Perhaps I should be. It's just that I'm terrified of relationships, I know it sounds strange but it's just the way I've been ever since Derma fell."

"Well, if you ever see him again, and he tries anything..Just come to Lucy.He packs a real punch when he's angry and so do I, so your safe with us." Nero smiled."You don't have to be scared anymore.Demons can't fall any farther."

Alec nodded his head slightly, though he wasn't sure if Nero really understood what he had been saying. It didn't matter, Derma would be kept at bay, though Alec didn't think that he would try anything.

Nero smiled."Well, I'm going to go back into the kitchen.Would you like me to bring Kyrie in here to keep you company, or do you just want to be alone?"

"I kind of want to be alone for a bit," said Alec lightly.

"Alright." Nero smiled."Dinner should be ready in about 30 minutes." He said, walking out.

Alec nodded his head and then laid back down once Nero had left.
