The two flowers smiled."Alright..Be good, Lilith.You know these boys can't be seduced already, they're gay, so don't even try..Caelistis will lecture you, anyway." Bridget giggled, hugging his younger sister."We'll see you later..Alright, Alec, you can ride up on my flower." He said, handing the little sibling he usually held gently to Lilith."Would you rather ride up ont he flower with me, or on one fo the leaves?Both are about the right size for you, and it'll reduce the amount of time you'll have to walk."

Alec eyed the flower questioningly, he wasn't sure, it seemed so strange to him. "I guess on the flower with you," he said after a moment.

Bridget smiled and gently pulled his leg out of the flower, and pulled Alec up on to it."There, more space for us both if the flower isn't holding onto my legs." He giggled."Ready to go?"

"I guess," said Alec lightly, though he wasn't entirely sure he wanted to leave the house anymore sense Lucy wasn't going with them. But as he thought about that his pride got in the way and he wouldn't allow that to be a reason for him to want to stay in the house.

Bridget and Sasha waved goodbye to Lilith and Nero, then went out the door, with Alec."Alright..Town should be that way." Sasha said, leading the way to the nearest big part of town.

"Should be?" asked Alec perhaps being a little bit too much of a smart ass.

"Hey, we don't actually come over to lucy's place often, so we don't completely know our way around.But the area that's closest to downtown should be that way." Sasha giggled.

"Brilliant," said Alec with a soft sigh. Oh well he supposed he couldn't blame them, they knew more about the area than he did so there was no reason to get upset, which he wasn't he was just amused by it.

"We should be downtown in an hour or so." Bridget smiled."Then we can go shopping, yay!" The flower demon giggled.

"Woo," said Alec less than thrilled with the whole thing.

"It'll be fun..You angels are no fun sometimes.Caelistis is never excited when we take him out to get his hair done, since he insists on keeping it so long, we have him go and visit our cousin, who runs a beauty parlor downtown." Sasha giggled."You angels just don't understand the fun of getting new things to wear.We never wear much, but we still like variety.."

"We just have a different idea of what fun is," said Alec lightly.

"I just think it's funny that you, Cael, and Kyrie, the most angelic angels down here that we know to date, all cringe or try to get out of shopping trips for clothing and such." Sasha giggled."Kyrie not so much, but we can barely get Cael out of the house."

"I just don't care for this whole place and the things in it currently," said Alec.

"It does get a bit odd down here sometimes, but as long as you stay out of the dangerous sectors of hell, you'll be fine..Things are mostly just perverted, around here at least.Lucy and Lilith are good examples of that..Demons of lust are fun to be with, they're very playful." Bridget giggled."We flora demons are..Well, we're more demons of pride, and some types of us show the sin of sloth alot..but they have an explanation of that, as many melancholy rose flora demons have to move in very heavy flowers which slows them, then they have the large shackles that are by law required to be attatched to them at eighteen, to contain their powerful magic, that I've seen an unshackled rose flora do accadentaly just by stretching and yawning." Bridget laughed."Luckily, that cousin of ours has gotten her shackles on, so she doesn't have to worry about destroying anything now."

Alec blinked slightly and listened to Bridget's words. It certainly would take some getting used to but he had known that all along, his problem was he didn't really want to get used to it, he wanted to go home. "Okay then," said Alec.

"You forgot gluttony and wrath, in the flora demons that show up near to the borders of the nearest danger zone to us..They appear as pretty girls in flowers, and eat beasts who get curious, and creep onto their flower, the venus trap clan..They're a scary bunch, but they're limited to one area, all of them are connected in their flowers by a vine connecting them to their mother, and they'd problably be ripped to shreds if they tried to pull their legs from their flowers, due to the sharp edges..They're really sad looking actually, if you find one that's actually sweet of heart.I know one girl from the venus clan who's legs are very weak, she snapped her connection to her mother and just barely escaped her own flower, she's now an honorary member of the angelic lily clan, that grows around the gate to heaven, the greatest healers in the netherworld, who have no sin..Some say they are offspring of flora creatures in heaven, who's seeds dropped through the clouds and grew near the gate..Are there really genderless flora people like us in heaven as well?" Sasha said, looking curiously at Alec.

"I wouldn't know for certain, but there might be a few," said Alec with a light shrug.

"If you haven't heard of them, they're problably rooted to the ground, poor things, a few of the lily girls are..We're born in our flower, and some of us have a defect where we're literally part of the flower, our feet grow into the inner flower before our birth, terrible defect, really..And alot grow with short stems, so they'd either have a terrible time trying to get around, or they'd die if the stem was cut, due to their connection, so they're rooted to the place their born in, unless their mother plant uproots herself and moves all of her children with her to a new, better place for them.The mothers are the only one of us who actually have a distinct gender, as they're obviously female, but they do grow children completely on their own, so they're sort of both.Our own bodies baffle even us sometimes." Bridget giggled girlishly, though he was the most male-sounding sibling of all of their family.

Alec nodded slightly, it was interesting stuff. "Yeah I suppose if there were any you'd be right about them being rooted to thier bith-spot," said Alec.

(my flower demons are very strongly based on a single type of demon with no real back story from an rpg I love, actually.It's a basis for almost all my demons, even lucy, and even Caelistis..It's called disgaea, my flora demon family that I play right now is based off of the first Flora Beast color you get, the Alraune.They're also very androgynous, as the random name picker for the npcs gives them very feminine names, but they're shirtless and very flat-chested, but with these big pink flowers and bouncy lolita-esque curls.XD the main one in the story actually IS named Bridget, and it's actually male.XD and quite gay, as he seems to ahve an attraction to the main character.If you have a ps2, you should definately check Disgaea out.X3 there's also one on psp, sadly without the pretty flora beasts, and one soon to be on ds, sadly also without flora beasts.:C )

"Can you imagine it?Not able to leave your spot of brith, unless your mother moves with you to a better area, or if she uses some of her power to help you grow a longer stem, so she can gently snap you off of her, so you can coil your stem up like a spring and be able to explore the world..I'm so glad I was born in a clan of flora demons that almost NEVER has that terrible defect." Bridget said, cutely deep in thought, as he moved into a smaller part of the large town, that wasn't big enough to be counted a city, but still big enough to have a pretty large downtown.

(Disgeae is so freaking awesome, kind of time consuming though lol. I don't think I've seen the flora beasts yet though. I kind of don't play it too much anymore I should though.)

Alec shook his head slightly he couldn't imagine such a thing, it seemed far too depressing.

(The flora beasts are in Disgaea 2, which is like 5x easier, and is awesome..

Alec looked in the direction that Sasha pointed, not really sure what he expected to see, he probably wouldn't have been able to tell one direction from the next. "Okay..." he said.

(It's freaking awesome, as long as you turn on japanese voices..the english ones are CRAP.D: Mah ears bleed.)

"It should be easier to come back, since we can get a taxi, or catch a bus that'll take us as close as possible to home." Sasha smiled."So it won't take as long coming back, thankfully."
