So presented to you, here and now, is 'The Questing Guide!' Inside you'll find an Explanation to the Quest forum rules, various methods to earn GOLD, and tips on how to make a quest thread!

What they mean, and how to prevent yourself from breaking them!
Flatout Begging threads are NOT allowed.
You are in the Quest forum to QUEST. You must have goals that you wish to accomplish listed in your thread.

That means selling Menewshan Gold and/or Items for Real life Money, or in exchange for Gold/Items from another avatar site. This includes selling your account.

Bumping, Spamming, and Copy & Paste messages
Just like everywhere else on Menewsha, Bumping Spamming, and Copy Pasting isn't allowed in the Quest Forum.
These posts will be deleted, and your Gold will go down.

Re-creating a Quest thread to start anew is discouraged.
The reason behind this is that for each time you re-make a thread, you earn that gold again.
It's encouraged that you edit your current thread.
If you need more posts, contact any Online Moderator or Community Manager, and they will step up to assist you in this.

HOW TO MAKE GOLD What the Site offers, and what you can do for yourself!
Site-run ways to earn gold
-Posting in the Forums
For every post you make, you earn gold. The longer the post, the greater the gold.
-Play games earning up to 250g a day per User Account.
Ways you can earn Gold yourself
-Donating to Menewsha
For every $2.50 you spend, you receive 250 Mennies.
250 Mennies is enought to purchase One (1) Monthly collectible item. Buy Mennies Here! Buy CIs Here!
These items cannot be found in stores, or are only sold from the beginning to the end of each month.
When buying the Monthly items with Real Money, you can sell them for Menewshan Gold in the Exchange Forum.
If you buy a set to keep for yourself, you save from having to buy the items with Menewshan gold.
Use the Exchange to your advantage.
At the Menewshan Exchange you can find any number of deals.
- You can find Store items (otherwise known as commons) for cheaper than store price.
- Collecting Monthly collectible items can be a good investment. Allow for natural inflation to happen, and then you can sell your items for more than what you bought them for.
Just be careful if using this method. Some users do not like this idea, or those that practice it.

Make an Art shop, and sell your wares for some extra Gold. Art Shop Forum
Art Shop Sub-forums:
Pricing/Assistance - In this subforum you can get assistance and opinions from other users to help you figure out how much you can sell your art for.
Art Auctions - Here you can Auction off your art for gold and Items to the highest bidder.
Art Requests - Users are always looking for Artists. In requests, you can go to who you want to draw for!
Art Contests - Try your hand at some art contests! Winners can receive whatever prizes the Contest holder is giving away.
Art Freebies - You won't receive a steady income of gold, but you can give away free art, and upon the occasion, receive TIPS!
Breedables/Changing Pet - Have a cute (or Creepy) pet idea? Well versed in the realms of Custom pets? Wander on in!
Writers beware, the Writer's Conference forum can suck you in!
In the Writer's Converence forum you can post Original Stories, rabble off a Drabble, and circle a story around in a Round Robin. And if you are a Poet, and you know it, post some Poetry!

Want to make a quest thread? Well here are some nifty tricks and ideas to help inspire you!
The tips and tricks mentioned are meant to help, inspire, and guide you in your creation of a Quest thread.
NOTE:
-OUTRIGHT BEGGING is NOT allowed.
Just a reminder. Begging is NOT allowed on Menewsha.
When you make a thread in the Quest forum, you *MUST* have a goal you wish to reach.
Tips-
When making a thread, keep these things in mind!
-Organization- Do you have a neat thread? or is everything just thrown together into one post?
-Clarity- Can people tell what your questing for?
-Spell check- Whether you use Word, or an online spell checker, it doesn't matter, but when your thread isn't riddled with spelling errors, everything looks so much better!
-Disable your Signature!- If you have more than one post in your set up, try disabling that signature of yours! It makes for a smother look through your thread.

-A Single post Begging for gold/items.
-A post with nothing related to Questing.
Example 1- "Hi, I'm Chickbow Vow, im new, I beg of you, gimme goldz and mabee aprettty dress??"
Example 2- "Hi. I'm New, and want itmez. :D"
-Some more Tricks
-Draw some interest to your thread. Be an inviting person that people will want to talk to, it'll keep your thread alive.
-Put a link or an image to your Quest thread in your Signature, letting people know about your quest.
-Have a theme! Quest for ALL the store items, or go for all the elegant items!
-Use COLOR. Don't break the rules on color use, but adding a little color to your posts go a long way.
-ADD in some images! Images are like shiny things, they attract people. Have a banner, have images of the items your questing, heck, if nothing else, use an image of your pets! It'll get people looking at your thread, and that's a good thing. ;)
AND...
-Format your items!
Find an interesting and fun way to organize those items your questing for!
List them by Store, by Price (by the most to the littlest, or the other way around!), try by color, or even just what would look nice in an outfit together!
And most of all... HAVE FUN QUESTING!

Thanks for the guide Chunsa! Now I really want to redo my quest thread. ^^; I didn't plan on using it as a long term quest thread, but then changed my mind and recycled it. Unfortunatly now everything is squished on the first post -.-;
it's relly hard to get gold here.. like,
im play in gaiaonline.. if someone knoe this game.. and there it's like more easy.. so what i need to do for get gold in not hard way..?help..? :mrgreen:
