.....Tell the story of Yan's weekend.....

in pictures!

A simple concept for you guys! If you want to get a Baby Yan for yourself, then you need to do a trial run to show you've thought things through and will be a good parent.

Create a storyboard, using pictures culled from Google etc. to tell a tale about your ideal weekend for Yan.

Where would you go, and what would you do? There are no limits, let your imagination run wild!

Can you show from your storyboard that you've got what it takes to be a good parent to a demanding little Yan?

Try it, and find out!!

Find out what you need to do!

Create a thread for yourself in the storyboard subforum.
Plan your fun weekend with Yan; hunt the internet for pictures that show what you want to do.

.....................................YAN DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN THESE PICTURES!
Post a picture that depicts each activity you'd do with Yan, with a written description too
When your storyboard is complete, edit your thread title to say - STORY COMPLETE!
Cross your fingers that you make the grade!

Technical stuff!

Your weekend starts and ends with the journey to and from your home, include that in your story.

........You can leave on Friday night or Saturday morning, you can return Sunday evening or early Monday ........morning. It's up to you, but your choice could impact on your adoption success, so plan sensibly.
Make a seperate post for each thing you do: The journeys to and from your home each count as 1 thing,
........this is the only time when you can have 3 pictures in one post.
Only one picture per activity post, so choose well!
No less than 100 words per description, no more than 200. Count them with THIS
There are precise limits in place: 3 pictures in one post for the journey from your home to your destination.
.................................................. ............10 activity posts/pictures per day, no more, no less.
.................................................. ............3 pictures in one post for the homeward journey.

You can change your thread content as often as you like, just make sure it's how you finally want it by Friday evening!

Find out what's allowed!

....... DO NOT HOTLINK

Hotlinking is pasting the URL of an image from its host site (right click > copy image location > paste into IMG tags where you want it). This uses up the bandwidth of the site the image is originally posted on and is heavily frowned upon. Some sites actively prevent you from hotlinking by replacing hotlinked images with a different one.

When you find a picture that you want to use, save it on your computer, then upload it to a picture hosting site, such as:

TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting
ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting
Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket

Alternatively, you could hunt picture uploading sites for images uploaded by other people, that you can use.

....... Don't enter with your mule - Main accounts only. You are free to enter if you have adopted Yan before.

....... Deadline - Have your storyboard finished by 6pm Saturday 26th May, PST!

I'll most likely do this, but It might take me some time to come up with the story.
