Here my mom's cat was on the fridge looking down at me like I was stupid.

nice, im not much of a cook 'shakes head' and I'm happy to. and the doc was nice and made the pain meds that help wiht my back permanent so I can now take them when i need them instead of when my backs so painfull i can't move. which is great considering my shoulder had been KILLING me for the past three days .. didn't hurt if i didn't move it but if i moved it it hurt.. just took one of my pain pills and already the pains fading so im estatic. oh oops brb gotta go get my wraps on my legs i forgot abou tthem.. 'poofs for a few minutes'

Sweaty, worn out, and tired, but I am back from my Zumba. Going to the park in about an hour though. Gonna walk the dogs.. double workout for me today..phew.

Well.. Going to try to walk the dogs. Lilly walks just fine on a leash, but the new pup, the one that someone abandoned and we took in, isn't leash broken yet.. But Lilly misses her walks in the park.
