Greetings Menewshans,

I feel must apologize for all the confusion of late. Since the arrival of this Dark Caravan I find myself, well, not myself. The shadow of future events has always weighed on my mind. Even before I first came to Menewsha, I knew well the deal my father had made. While I can not change my fate, nor do I have mind to, I believed that I could postpone it until a time I deemed proper.

I feel it may soon be time to return. In coming here I have fallen deeply in love with the people of Menewsha and your customs. Especially your Halloween and Festival of Winter Nights. I will cherish these times for the rest of my life.

First and foremost, make sure you follow the Site Rules.
Be respectful! Constructive criticism is fine, but please don't be rude to other entrants.
You can only enter once in each of the categories, and you may not enter on a mule account.
Please be sure to use the entry form when you post your entry. Failure to post the form will result in your avatar not being entered into the contest.
You may use your own inventory and the DAC to make your outfits.
Please be sure to save your entry to an outside image host like Photobucket or imageshack. What we see is what we'll judge, so be sure that the avatar you enter is saved and won't change.
If you want to change your entry, you may edit your submission. However, if you do please PING me.
Entries must be submitted before the end of the event. Winners will be announced in the Community Discussion forum shortly after the event ends.

First, second and third place winners in each of the categories.

Prizes are as follows:
First place: 5,000g
Second place: 3,000g
Third place: 1,000g

Your Shadows Story: we are the underground railroad. Transportation via magic trail, directed by bsw, powered by the mage gummybearkisses and stocked and loaded by salvete. you need it moved/ bought/sold but dont want "the man" knowing? no problem. we wont even check to see what it is.

Your Shadows Story:
A group of heartless gather in the dark cave. Together, they hope to come up with a formula to make hearts! Each of the Heartless work hard to find the right ingredients. Shadami tosses in the potatoes and takes a sip. XoGIZMOoX tries some of his green formula, making a mess as he does. Velvet tosses in a bit of everything she could find from the world above. Dragoness129 records all the results, hoping that keeping track will be a big key to uncovering the secret.

Your Shadows Story: Come one! Come all! Step right up and see what magic lurks with in the shadows! Be delighted by the whimsical acts and death defying stunts of our very own clowns! Be amazed and astounded as our tightrope walker lives her life on the very edge, quite literally! And gaze upon the flips and tricks as our acrobat dares and breaks the laws of gravity! With the spotlights on full the shadows are the strongest!

For this part of the contest get into some traditional Halloween garb. Ghosts, Devils, Bats, Cats, and Witches are all welcome but please NO movie/comic/anime Cosplay.

I guess the closest to a cosplay one would be the "Spooky Kids" one. I love doing Cosplays too. But I'll figure something out.

Indiana Jones doesn't really qualify though xD
