Within the waters of a locate river, there swam something that was considered normal in the land. Of course, at first glance, it would be believed to be fresh out of a story book, but this was as real as it could get. In the water, the fish swam peacefully as if there was nothing wrong in the world, however that wasn't the true. There was something wrong, and it was war. A war that has been tearing the very fabric of trust that everyone had for one another. There were still some mythical beings who didn't wish to have this war, but it couldn't be helped. Most of the races had to defend themselves or risk losing everything. In one kingdom of Oceania, they had no choice but to join in the war. Things were becoming a little too hectic, and there wasn't much they could do. The people of the kingdom had supported their rulers, through this pain. However, Oceania had lost their Rulers recently, so their only child had to take their place.

Their child, the princess of Oceania, had to take the throne when they died. It was no easy task, she was still new to it, however, it wasn't going to bother her. The people of Oceania never called their royal family by their royal titles, they always called them by Priest or Priestess as well as Shrine Maiden. They use these titles, believing they were a little more respectable than the other Royal titles. The princess in Oceania would use the title Priestess since her mother and father were no long a part of this world. However, even if you go to the palace, she would not be there. She was almost never in there since she wanted to explore the world and help those who never had the chance to protect themselves. She gave blessings to those who asked for them, often doing it out of the kindness of her heart. The young Priestess' name was Ariella, Ariella Persephone Wa'Terra.

She had been on dry land for a while, swimming through rivers to get from place to place. Ariella looked to her left as she swam in her disguised mermaid form; her red kimono fluttered in the water, her red glittering tail swished about. Her long black hair was pulled into pigtails as she held her trident in her hands, looking left and right at the fish surrounding her. A smile spread on her face as a faint giggle escaped her lips she dove towards the bottom as she shifted through the sand with the blades of her trident, looking for some shells to take back home. The children of her homeland were too young to leave since the war was going on. They didn't want to have their children dying because of the senseless war. Ariella giggled to herself, sighing happily as she found some shells and placed them in her pouch. Her tail moved up towards her chest for a moment as she soon moved her tail, pretending to be sitting. "Ahh, I have found them, perfect. I just hope I can find more shells for more the children at home." She said softly, giggling sweetly as she spun in a small circle.

The sunlight shone lightly in the land, the sound crickets filled the air as the sound of hooves filled the air. The sounds were heavy, the dirt came up from each thunderous step the hooves created as they continued running. The creature making the thunderous sound was a brute of a creature, a large body covered in black fur with strange bone-like wings protruded from their back. The being's hair was like a very dark gray as well as the long hairy tail flowed behind her. On the being's arms, there was a large archery bow fused to it, the bow looked deformed and appeared to be a bit sturdier than most bows. The sword was attached to her other arm, the blade was black with a silver handling, the sword of her family, the Lockhart Blade.

The young being, from afar, was a centaur. However, up close, it looked like it was something that came straight out of Hell. The young being's name was Ingrid Lockhart, the daughter of Grand Duchess Heather Thomas-Lockart and Grand Duke Fredrick Lockhart of the Lockhart tribe. She had been training to be a Guardian since she was young. However, once she had finished her training, Ingrid left to travel around so she could find the one who caused her birth to be cursed. The hooves crashed into the earth under her, she was on a mission and she was going to see it through to the end. Find one who did this to her, if not then find the race. She wanted to know how reverse it and make it possible for her to be normal again. Doing research was going to be hard since the race was next to impossible to find, so maybe running to where her parents last saw the creatures would help.

Ingrid continued running until she skidded to a halt, standing on the edge of a small cliff. She looked down, it didn't seem to be too big for her to slide down, so carefully, she leaned back and slid down the small steep cliff. Her hooves scraped the rocky ground as she came to a halt at the bottom. She breathed heavily, her lungs filling with air as she walked through the lower half of the woods until she came across a large clearing. The water looked drinkable as she crouched low, her torso lowering towards the water as she took a sip of the clean water. Ingrid sighed heavily, she figured she had been running for almost a week in a half, taking breaks in between. She sighed lightly, the weapons on her arms shrinking to a reasonable size so she could use her hands to fix her hair.

Ingrid was a little tired, but she knew had to continue. Her tail swished side to side as she smiled softly to herself, "I have made great progress. Mother and father will happy to hear this once I have sent word." She said with a smile on her face. Her tail swaying lightly in happiness, she decided to rest there, laying down on her stomach with her legs curled at her sides lightly.

Within the area of Vengera, there was a large village filled with elves, pixies and a few other creatures. They had enough land to spare, which they used it to make more than enough homes for them. Everyone was grateful for what the managed to have, however, there was a dark secret, a secret within the trees. Within the forest of Vengera, there is said to be a village within it. A village that can't be seen from far away, you have to be up close and personal in order to see it. On the ground, it looked just a normal forest until you looked up. The village was in the trees, suspended a 15 meters from the ground. Each house was connected to a platform b a set of bridges. They spanned throughout the whole village, making it easier to move around. This was necessary for the beings who lived there, beings of unbelievable strength and power. Beings who were feared for it, yet they were respected for it until the last of their days.

The creatures were Roylana Gorganians, or Gorganians for short. Creatures with the strength and brains to match. However, due to an unfortunate turn of events, the lost everything. Their home, their families, their friends, the trust they had for their former friends...and their beloved rulers. They lost it all, and because of this, they had to go into hiding. The Gorganians had to do this, they weren't wanted anymore, the beings had gotten what they needed from the Goranians. But now, they had returned and with their new queen, they were ready with make a new village and live there. However, their new queen, the daughter of their late king and queen, wasn't in her right mind. The Gorganians only hoped and prayed their young Queen would return to her sweet and gentle self. Until then, the Gorganians were more than happy to help their queen in any way. Some of the Gorganians were home by order of their queen, spying on the mythical creatures.

Meanwhile, their queen was off in her own little world. She was away from almost everyone, not really paying attention to her surroundings. Their queen was quite young, compared to the average age for a Gorganian, she was young. Her appearance was of a 19 - 20 year old as a human with long jet black hair that went half way to her knees, a red ribbon sat on top of her head and a red eye. Her skin was lightly tanned, not too dark nor too light. What would throw most people off is the fact she didn't really wear clothes. She wore white bandages almost all over. Her head, chest, some of her thighs, her upper arms, her right eye, her hips, and between her legs. On her feet she wore black flats. The young girl's name was Mirage, Mirage Crystella-Pearla. She was the queen of the Roylana Gorganian race, however she didn't really show it.

Mirage sat on a rock in front of a rather large lake, she didn't really care for who's territory she was on, all she was doing was just sitting there. The light of the sun reflected off the water, it was very pretty to her and peaceful in a way. With the war going on, it was nice to some people to herself. She looked down towards the water, picking up a rock as she threw it in the water, it skipped a few times forehead coming to a stop and sunk to the body. Before it did that, it left a few ripples within the water, Mirage, being as curious as a cat, leaned forward and gently placed a finger in the water. She felt the water, it was cool to the touch, just as she liked it. Her long hair fell to her sides as she got on her hands and knees, the tattoo on her back becoming a little more visible. However, it was still covered mostly by the bandages around her body. Her strange tail swaying left and right at her sides as she purred softly, pulling her hand from the water, watching the water drip from her fingers.

Mirage was easily amused by almost anything, she hadn't seen this world in millennia and she wanted to enjoy every moment of it. "Ahh~ so nice. Very lovely here indeed." She said to herself, leaning back on her knees as she ran her fingers through her hair; the loose ends of the bandages around her head, arm and hips swayed slightly in the breeze, her eyes closing. "I wonder how they feel, seeing this world as it is now." She said, her eyes looking into the water, the memory of her parents playing through her head.
