Anyone and everyone is welcome to chat. ^^ I'd love to make some friends this event!

I've broken one too many of these in the past. We finally switched to plastic ornaments last year because it became too expensive to keep having to replace the glass ones haha.

But the glass ones are always so pretty...
I remember breaking my first one, and it made my hand bloody and stuff.
Then I used my hands to scrape the glass underneath a present so my parents wouldn't see.
xD;

Hey Windy!!!

I think I may have broken one, but my memory is really fuzzy. It might have been the ornament I made during class and I was really proud of it. xD

I do remember decorating our family's tree during the holidays with many glass ornaments. I didn't break any of those. We stopped setting up a tree and decorating it these days for some reason.

I've broken one before. I was at my aunt's house and I thought they are plastic, and then I accidentally dropped it on the floor, and it broke. My mom got very mad cuz of that.

Anyways I am just here to say I am going to sleep now.
I will be sure not to forget about this place tomorrow but I will be busy so I won't get many posts in.

I just had a random memory of walking through a store that sells lots of glass ornaments and being very careful not to break anything. It is especially hard to be careful when the aisle is very small and the merchandise is stacked highly. I know parents never let their young children go free in stores full of breakable merchandise.

Lol, glass ornaments. We're using only glass ones to decorate our Christmas tree, so yeah, I've broken a few in my life XD I guess quite a number, really ;p

pffft...my cats got at the tree when it was first up. My smallest cat, Gabby, has broken all the ordaments on the bottom of the tree. Shes even climbed up the wire bars that keep the bristle leaves onto the tree. o_o; I swear that cat got me in so much trouble with my mom. XD;; Same with Vincent. He started copying what Gabby was doing.... :cry:

Miro- Aww!! Your cats are adorably devious. xD Sounds like the two puppies my sister just adopted. xD
Though they cannot get at the tree. xD
We went with a 4ft tree this year and have it still on a side table with presents surrounding it.
However...they sort of unwrapped a few presents before we taught them that was a nono. xD

Waffle- xD That is not very nice...but it is something i would do. xD

I shall not jinx myself, Miro. I'm just too awesome to break them.. and when one does slip out of my hands, my awesomeness must be like softening the fall. ;D

Besides, most ornaments at home aren't those glass baubles I love most, they're little wooden figures. :3

I only have like two breakable ones. :3

@Waffle: O, which MMO are you hooked on right now? Maybe I know it. I used to be hooked on MMOs but now I stopped downloading any.

@Arikana: Wooden figures are good things to buy since they are sure to last a long time, unless you lose them. xD
