I actually have family friends in the Maracaibo region. They have a cow farm! :D I got to visit the country, and it was beautiful, I didn't get a chance to see the rainforest side of the the country. But the mountains were gorgeous and the dunes were fun too!

And thank you for your words.. They went well on me today because it was a hard day
You know.. I'm too young and some partners at work are not confortable with me as engineer.. they're technicians and have more experience than me! But they just don't get that and are just sad with them not being graduated.. I don't think that's too important to make other people feel bad.. And it's not like I say something to them! It's just they don't like me and my department.. I had a salary raise and they're talking only about that for like a month! I don't get it!

I have a lot of customers that have farms because the water pumps I sell are submersibles, for water wells

I'm actually in the process of moving to Texas. So I'm in USA.
ICan't remember exactly where they are located, but it's a fairly large dairy farm. I think they said about 1000 head, when we visited in 2005.
Now we just hear the stories about how things are going, not a lot of good things sadly. However they are no longer trying to seek asylum with their family in the US, like they were when Chavez was taking about nationalizing farms. They were afraid they would have lost their livelihood or possibly been disposed of if they tried to fight back.
I've learned not to trust our news sources. I hope things aren't too bad for you and your family right now.
