"Now that's left is to add the Incense of Female Cherubs and the Phoenix Tears. Oh and boys, try not to taste the incense please?" Shiori said as he eyed some of the male students wanting to try the incense. "Minors should be careful around this stuff, because it's too addicting. Oh I just forgot one more ingredient. Sorry! But can you wait here? I'll go back to my house and get it, okay? Kaelin, you and Emelith watch the boys, make sure they don't taste the incense, if they do.......run away fast. You don't want to be sexually attacked by them when they're in that state." Shiori said. "Oh and boys be sure to not taste the incense. I don't want trouble brewing for the school." Shiori said in a calm tone. Shiori jumped out of an open window from his class, good thing his class is in the first floor and not the third or fourth floors, otherwise he'd have to fly and his house wasn't that far from school in fact it's very close. Shiori immediately started to run to his house to get the missing ingredient, dragon tears.

Kaelin nodded then wrinkled her nose in a cute manner then looked over at several male students who began to grow rather curious "Please dont" she spoke rather loudly to one of the men in the back of the room. He sighed and looked over at Emelith, she knew the girl wouldnt do anything to help and so she took a peak back at Aodhagan who was flaring his wings out to make himself look broader and fiercer.

Waiting patiently, Kaelin then leaned her chin on her palm and elbow onto the table infront of herself, she sighed again before rubbing at another one of her eyes, she hated to be in the same room as Emelith now, since she had almost attacked her old best friend, she felt rather idiotic "I hope he comes back soon, this is too cool" she giggled then looked over at her little dragon who had fallen alseep "aww you're too cute" she whispered and held anzerot in her arms, close to her heart.

Shiori couldn't find the dragon tears. He searched everywhere, then it hit him. "Oh now I remember where I put them!" Shiori opened the refrigerator and opened a secret compartment. And there it is the bottle of dragon tears. It was refrigerated in low freezing temperature to prevent crystalization in the tears. Shiori then closed his refrigerator and ran outside, Shiori made sure he closed the door of his house. Shiori ran faster to reach the school. Shiori jumped back into the classroom through the window. "I'm back!" Shiori said. Shiori scanned the room. "Yup, just in time!" Shiori then gave a 1/4 cup of dragon tears. Then he went back on his deck. "Now that I have the final ingredient let's finish making the candy!" Shiori said as he smiled.

Kaelin wasnt expecting him to come back in so sudden and jumped when he leapt back through the window. She fell into Aodh who caught her with his wings and craddled her in a loving manner "eep!" she giggled then made her way back to her seat "thank you Aodh" she giggled then wrinkled her nose once more. This was her favorite class, but she knew, after this, she would most likely have to pay him a visit so he could talk to her about the sudden outburst with her and Emelith.

"Now everyone put some of the incense of female cherubs in the mixture, notice how the color turns strawberry red? Looks yummy doesn't it? But don't taste it yet, it's not finished. Now add the phoenix tears just one drop is fine enough. Look the color looks clearer now doesn't it? It's safe to taste now but I'll just be like drinking juice. Finally add all the dragon tears in the 1/4 cup to the mixture the process of crystalization will be slow. This stuff is hard candy with a gooey center and it's yummy! I brought something to hold the candy mixture, it'll also give it shape. Now I'll pass the steel plates while my partner pours the mixture in our own steel plate." Shiori said. Shiori started giving the other students steel plates for their own candy.

Kaelin jumped up and nearly tripped, thankfully she caught herself and poured the liquid candy into the pan, she could help but wrinkle her nose and take a whiff of the batter "oooo it smells really good" she grinned then wrinkled her nose again, see, once Kaelin settled down, she was back to normal.

The taste of the very sweet candy was still strong on her tongue, she licked her lips and tapped her feet. She was ansy and very hyper when it came to making her own candy "when will it be done Priest Shiori?" she giggled cutely again

When Shiori was done giving out the plates, he went back to his desk. "Hmmm....well, it takes about three mins to have the candy settled. The crystalization will be finish in three mins." Shiori said. "Are you okay, Kaelin? Oh I forgot to mention, this candy does have one itsy-bitsy after effect. I forgot to mention it's slightly addicted, and eating at a least three pieces of the candy causes extreme hyperness for about 3 hours. Then the second effect kicks in after that, which causes a high increase in your focusing. It helps allow you to study more which is funny." Shiori said. Shiori then sighed, the hyperness is a problem but it will help his students better and that's worth it.

Kaelin settled down after taking control of her hyper-active manner. She nodded calmly then tilted her head "i'm fine, why do you ask?" She sat back down at the chair next to Shiori's desk and pulled her notebook back in front of her. She smiled kindly and set Anzerot's sleeping body back onto one of her books. This was one of his favorite positions and she couldnt understand why.

Finally finding a seperate sheet of paper, Kaelin began to write a small poem, she wasnt sure why she would think of these small rhymes, but, it always seemed to calm her when she needed it. She tapped her pen against her chin then began to write:

A dragon's love
can be as deep as the sea
as high as the stars
and as distant as the sun

but treat them right
and you'll have much more fun

She turned her attention to the already crystalizing candy and set the paper aside. She would present it to him for his approval after class, but until then, she wanted to pay attention to what he was teaching them "seriously? it's that short of a time for the crystalization to happen? that's so cool!"

"Well, yes it's that quick, oh dear I feel like I'm missing something for some reason though---hmmm......I wonder what it could be?" Shiori said. "I think it had something to do with the candy. Or was it something else? Or well I'm sure it's not a problem. Oh, the name of this candy is called, Crimson Tears, because it's in the shape of teardrops. I made this recipe myself, I was planning to give these to a special person I hold dear to in my heart. Oh dear! I can't believe I said that in front of my own students." Shiori said with a slight blush.


((Note this candy is supposed to be a gift for Emelith, though she's not supposed to know that, yet Shiori blurted that out, how klutzy is he, huh?))

Kaelin jumped up and whispered in his ear, she had a plan on how to get it to said person "after school today, i will act like i'm guna pick a fight with her or i can actually be nice to her and ask Emi to meet me back at my dorm or at the park where we all first met" she smiled widely as she whispered this "i know you still like her and i know i can help you guys at least be friends or something a little bit more than this" Kaelin pulled away from his ear with a wide smile set onto her face, she wanted to see them both happy and flirting with one another again, it tugged at her heart not to see them talking, she wanted to be the 'third wheel' again. She desparately wanted it to be like the good 'ol days where they all hung out, they all, laughed and at the end of the day, she would go home after watching the two walk off hand in hand.

Shiori blushed deeper, "Ehh?! I do love her, but she hates now, so what can I do?" Shiori said. Shiori didn't notice that he was speaking out loud. Shiori looked at the eyes of his students. They have looks of interest in their eyes, as if they want to know who the girl, their teacher likes. They started making up stuff like, "Our teacher must be in love with one of the female teachers or something!" Shiori looked at Emelith deeply for a moment but then looked down before Shiori was found out by the other students.

"i can do something, just give me by the end of the day" she grinned again then nudged him a few times "look, we've been friends long enough to where i know what to say to get her to meet me somewhere" when Kaelin spoke, she spoke in a whisper to where no one else could hear her "i promise you Shiori! you will meet her again! i promise!"

[but it's so cute! *runs to the rescue* woosh!!]

Shiori whispered in Kaelin's ear, "It's not that I don't love her or anything, but I'm a teacher and it's strictly forbidden for me to have a relationship with a student, I mean I would want to be together with her again but if I'm found out I'll be fired from being a dragon priest, and it's always been my dream to become one." Shiori said.

"you cant even be friends with her?" Kaelin raised an eyebrow to this then rubbed the back of her head rather nervously "but you're friends with me" she then wrinkled her nose and began to play with her onyx pendant "this doesnt make sense.." she whispered

Anzerot kicked in his sleep, yawned and rolled back over, covered his face with his wings and put his nose near his tail.

Emelith decided to write down notes about nothing in praticular. She tried ignoring Shiori and Kaelin, nothing they could say would mean much to her anyway.

"It's not that I can't be friends with her, it's just I can't help myself when comes to being around her, I just can't stop feeling aroused when I'm around her. Right now I'm resisting the urge to kiss her in front of all my students." Shiori said in a whisper.

"Emi!" she yelled and pointed her finger "i need to talk to you about something after school. Leave your attitude behind" she growled then let a small grin find it's way onto her face. Her eyes glinted with what looked to be curiousity as well as a devious plan brewing.

But, when she heard Shiori's words, she blushed deepy as her eyes grew rather wide "ohh. Oopsie, well, this wil give a new meaning to self control, right?" her voice trembled nervously as she rubbed the back of her neck "sorry.. i should just butt out shouldnt i?"

Emelith ignored Kaelin. "What could possibly be so important... if it's about him I don't want to know..." she said uner her breath

"Look, either you talk to me now or i'll drag your sorry butt to the court yard and we'll settle it like we did when we were children" Kaelin was growing rather frustrated with the young woman "we have unresolved issues and you will listen to me whether you want to or not" her voice seemed to grow cold as she talked to Emelith, but, why? What could have caused this? Bad memories or her new-found stubborn attitude? Who knows.

Kaelin sighed then looked back over at Shiori with hopeful eyes, she desparately wanted to see them both happy again and would give up anything just to see Emelith smile once more and to see Shiori actually seem relaxed.

"It's okay I don't mind." Shiori said with a smile. Suddenly tears fell from Shiori's eyes, when Shiori realized it, he ran out of his classroom for awhile. He went to the men's bathroom to wash away the tears with water.

Emelith grinned to herself and continued taking notes, "Try if you might, my mind is made up, I have my own life, you have yours..." she said to herself.

"fine, be a brat, at least i tried to be your friend again.. you know what, you dont deserve him, he deserves someone better" kaelin then stood to her feet and followed Shiori, but stopped next to Emelith, staring down at her "dwell in your own self-pitty, but so you know, you wont get far" Kaelin seemed completely upset now, but realized, if she chased after Shiori, who would tend the class? Before returning to her seat, she placed a glass-bead necklace on Emi's desk and sighed "take back the friendship you once offered me, i dont need it" Once Kaelin spoke her words, she sat back down at the table and burried her face into her hands.

Why did she seem so cold to her? Kaelin didnt do anything wrong, she just hung out with Shiori and Emi on seperate occasions after the connection was cut off "why" she murmered "i try and i fail, what good am i? Good student and yet sucky friend.." she whimpered, just then, Aodh wrapped his arms around her. Trying desparately to comfort her.

"I have no idea what you mean," Emelith said. "What you say doesn't make any sense at all." She got up. "I'm going to my dorm, I can't stand being around you, especially in Shiori's class." She put her stuff in her bag, "Honestly, they dont't understand," she said queitly. Once she was done she grabbed her bag and headed out the door. "I really did expect you to be different Kaelin, but I guess not everyone can be as perfect as you."

When Shiori was finished wiping the last of his tears, he left the bathroom and went back to class, Shiori went back on his desk and sat down. "Uhm, everyone I'm sorry about that. I'm a little depressed is all. Anyways you can eat the candy you made it's ready." Shiori said with a slight smile.

As Shiori entered the class, Emelith avoided eye contact. She was sure he wouldn't care if she ditched class, he didn't even pay attention to her. She walked to her dorm, and sat in front of the door, thinking to herself that maybe she was a little cruel to Kaelin.
