Miss Murder: The pigtail hairstyle has been in the works for a little while now actually, I think XD I'm pretty sure I saw Jelly playing with it awhile back, which had everyone all worked up and excited about new hair and they had to tell us to wait.

miss murder, I've quoted your original post, as well as fixed the url. When I initially saw this post I was confused as to what you were linking to.

Alot of the hair seems a bit feminine or androginous. Some more short hair styles would be nice. Mabye a few more spikey or straight back long hair too.

As for pics i'm not to picky but this is the best long hair style I could find for my guy.

Alright, it's been ages since anyone has posted in here, and I have another idea. And the only way it's going to be seen and that other people are going to see this thread and make more suggestions is if someone posts in here to bring it back to the top.

Anyways, I made this really quick as an idea I had for a hairstyle. I dunno why, I'm just in the mood for a new hairstyle that happens to cover an eye.

Maybe have two versions of it, one in each direction (I know we can switch our avatar's direction now, but some people might not want to switch the direction and have their items mirrored just so they can have their hair facing the other direction.

Anyways, here's the idea:

Yeah, I think it would, too. ^_^ I'm so glad you like it! I was a little worried. ^^;; I think I'll probably make a few more basic outlines of hair styles a little later on. I'm trying to improve at pixeling. I can recolor some things pretty well, but it's hard for me to create.

I know I would personally like that; I don't really like this present style, but it seems the only really short option.

I agree that there is a lack of male options on mene currently, would be nice to see some more that cater to them without looking weird or too boring.

Yeah, I definitely want to see more short hair options. I actually think there needs to be more variety for the different lengths. But I'm sure all of that will come in time.

Glad you like it, I fell in love with that picture when browsing for hair style ideas for an illustration of mine. My features are too sharp to pull off that cut myself. I would love to see it on my avatar though. People who can get away with pixie cuts or similar styles are so lucky.

Personally, in real life, I prefer to have long hair. But I do love pixie cuts on some people. I would love to see something like that for my avatar, though. It would be perfect for several of my original characters, and variations of those characters. XD

I'm not really a fan of the emo look. The clothes, yes. The hair? No. But I'm sure there are tons of people who love the emo look. It's just... Personally not for me. =S
