I listen to Mika. Most of what else I listen to is pretty normal.
Each time I come to choir, my friend AJ is always listening to a "vampire song." Like today he was listening to Vampire Waltz. Also, the other day, he showed me this one song that's a classical-ish song in the language they have in the Lapland (some sort of area of land over by Norway and Russia.)
Oh, I like classical, too, which most people at my school, who aren't in choir, are always complaining about.
People seem to think that me listening to Dead or Alive, a band which made music thermed as "gay disco" strange, for some reason o.O;;
I totally adore the group, though v.v;;;;; You spin me right round, baby, right round~
...most all of what I listen to is...strange...like Voltaire, Get Set Go, and The Presidents of the United States...well, some of their song lyrics are strange anyway...O.o
Well, I listen to things like the music on the radio, which my mom doesn't like, but one of my friends listens to Breaking Benjamin, and another of her friends doesn't like it and calls it emo music. lol. >.<
Unto Ashes
Voltaire < i met him in person <3
Tarkan
as well as arabic pop, j-trance, and traditional belly dance.
there are actually a lot more but yeah, to make the whole list would take like two days. lol oddly enough, i like the Cruxshadows too but so does my mom Oo...
My guy really likes MC Front-a-lot. He made me go to a concert of his. I hated it! You can see my disgruntled shoulder in the Nerdcore Rising documentary.
I listen to a lot of music in other languages, even ones I don't speak.
At the moment, I'm a huge fan of K-Pop. Korean Pop.
I also like Japanese, Taiwanese, Indian, Persian, and Israeli music.
So people think I'm odd when they look at my iPod lol.
I listen to a lot of strange music not only do people find weird but highly annoying as well because I am a girl and most of my friends, girls love listening to boybands and the sound of male voices so I listen to a lot of hyper happy girl music which I think a lot of people probably can't stand. I don't think its common to hear songs like this overseas and are only famous in Japan where things like this are acceptable :P
I like things like Filk, Wrock and Trock. Which is all music based of things like star trek, Harry Potter, and Dr. Who. Plus I like some Japanese bands, choral music and music in other languages in general. My boyfreind just came back state side from Germany so now he likes all these german bands.
