Emmet's jaw nearly dropped to the floor. He hadn't seen a genuine human in this school since, well, NEVER! Even the teachers wern't fully human. Some where mutant humans yes, but not humans with powers like clairvoyance.
"A-are you being serious?....I mean your an actual human?!" He gaped.

Misa nodded slowly, "Yeah...at least I think so...I'm not positive..." She frowned. She kept her eyes on the ground watching the building aura somewhat scared to do anything else. She knew she would be hated if she came here. But she had to! She had to learn to control her powers what few she had. Plus she was tired of being moked by the other humans at her old school for being amnormal and freak. At least here she would fit in, in that department. Or so she hoped.

He was totally awestruck. Not that he had never seen a human, he'd just never seen one, that wasn't one of the students parents, on campus. It just never happened here. The school wasnt designed for humans after all. That was its purpose.
"Um...WOW...not to be uh...rude, but this place dosn't seem like the right place for a human even if you are a medium..." He felt like a dick, but he was way too curious to shut his mouth, "Most of the people here cant go to other schools. I mean, they would stick out like a soar thumb. But you...you could fit into the croud, it would be easy. Its, just a little weird that you...I-Ill shut up now..."

Misa gave a pitiful laugh, "I know I'm not meant to be here...I'm a human and all...and...I don't feel like a normal human but still I'm too smart to go to a human High School and I'm too young to go to Collage or get a job... so I don't really have anywhere to go..." Misa returned to shuffling her feet as she bit her lip to hold back tears, "....and...." She sighed what could she say.

Now Emmet felt REALLY bad. He desperately wished he could take his words back now. He hated to see people cry.
"Hey dont cry! I-I'm sorry...i want trying to-" he cut himself off. there was no way he could get out of this without looking like more of a jack ass. "...im sorry..."
"Oh...Oh god please dont cry!" he whimpered, "I wasn't trying to be mean! Im sorry!

"It's okay.." Misa said wiping her eyes, "gahh damn contacts acting up..." She sighed composing herself. "I'm sorry too for being here and whatnot...my guardian said it would be good for me to come here anyway...in case I'm a late bloomer or something..." She sighed though her voice sounded hopeful.

"No no...its fine really!" He said trying to save himself, "Im sorry...i just...I'm not used to it. I mean ive been here all my life and ive never seen a human at this school. I don't have a problem with it, but its just strange that you got accepted...Either way im glad you did..."

Misa giggled, "Thanks..." Misa sighed she knew her being called a medium was a downgrading what her powers were. She was as Hetori said a possible Ecranoix. Which was a fancy way of say a mutt with amazing powers, but still throwing around the word Ecranoix tend to scare most people. Hell it even scared her.

He smiled, not really knowing what to say now. After all he had just acted like a total ass hole to the new kid. The friggin new kid who probrably would be bullied. God he was such an ass.
"Dont wory, people here are nicer here than anywhere else iv ever been. Im sure you'll like it," he said as he gave a reassuring smile. It was true they were all very welcoming people, but they were only human and they would be skeptical of her because she was the first real human girl to come to the school. Ok maybe human wasn't the best word to describe them but you get the point. Not to mention that most of the creatures that came to the school had a dislike for any real humans. Most of the students here were races of mythical beings and human kind did not allow their people to know of their existence. They were all outlawed to the magical regions of the world. Many understandably did not like this fact and resented the human race for it.

Misa smiled. She knew it would be tough and things might not go as planned. Still she hoped that they would, "I hope so....so uh now that I told you about me why don't you tell me about you?" Misa raised her head looking him in the eyes. She hoped she wasn't being to froward, after all she was just curious.

"Well...My names Emmet. But i guess you already knew that didnt you? Heh. Well im albino!" he joked. He didnt really have all that much to say,"Other than that im... well actually I can show you...whats your favorate animal?"

Misa thought for a second, "Hmm well that would have to be a Clouded Leopard....why" She asked nervously. What is he going to do make one appear out of thin air?! OH! That would be sweet! She smiled at him as she felt a tingling sensation in the air. Unsure of whether it was from nerves or his build up of power.

He snapped his fingers and said, "Clouded Leopard it is."
As soon as he stoped talking his body began to change. His bones cracked and shifted underneath his skin, his hair began to change into a dark spotted brown coat that soon began to spread all over his body. His clothes seemed to just disappear and fade into him, not ripping or tearing at all, just fading into him. He crouched over on what used to be his hands, that where now replaced with a pair of large paws and a tail bone sprouted out of his rump. Muscle and tissue began to quickly grow over it and soon it became a long sleek tail. Then he looked up at her with slitted copper eyes. His body had transformed from an albino human to a normal colored Clouded Leopard

Misa burst into a huge grin releasing a small gasp. "Omg!!!!" She was a bit scared that she was going to start hyperventilating on the spot! She quickly sat down on the ground next to him. "Oh so cute!" She smiled gently reaching out to pet him. She giggled picking him up and placing him on her lap.

"Who you calling cute?" he said out loud though he was secrately loving the attention. Thene leaned into her hand and began to pur. His tail flicked from side to side happily. "Pretty cool huh?"

Misa nodded energetically , "Mmmhmmm!" She petted him gently as she giggled happily. "Way cool!!! Aww! I could just hug you and love you so much now!"

His eyes grew wide and cute. He draped his paws over her shoulders, "HUG ME! PLEEEEEEAAAAASSSEEE!!! I LOVE HUGS!"

Misa giggled, "Of course!" With that she picked him up and held him to her chest with a smile she pet him gently, "...huh...this would looked weird if people came by wouldn't it...."

Emmet chuckled, "Your girls are suckers for cute animals." he nussled her, her face tickling his whiskers as he did.
'If i was straight this would be the perfect way to score,' He thought to himself with a impish sort of grin.
"Oh it WOULD suck if someone came in right now" he chuckled.
Just as the words left his lips annother boy poked his head inside the room. Oh cruel irony. They just couldnt keep their mouths shut could they?
"Emmet!?" the boy said making Emmet jump nearly a foot in the air and made a 'MRWAU' kind of cat sound in surprise. The boy stared at the two of them for a long moment, shock plastered all over his face. Then a little giggle burst out and soon he looked like he was going to die of laughter.
"SAL!" Emet screeched. If he wasn't a leopard right now he would have been blushing. Sal cackled at them and walked in the doorway. From his head to his waist he looked like a normal Mexican teenager, but from the waist down he had the body of a young buckskin stallion.
"Damn it Sal shut up!" Emmet screeched.
"GAHHAHAHAH" Sal cackled.

Misa stared up at the centaur named Sal, "Oh..." She said letting go of Emmet while blushing, "Heh heh" She giggled nervously. Damn do I to jinx myself! Stupid Misa making predictions. Misa sighed as she sat up straight shaking a bit. Misa shook her head ignoring the voice of logic in her head. Lucky her had already found a way to make herself look stupid especially in front of Centaur. And a male on at that. She locked her eyes to the ground with a dark blush forming her cheeks and her eye turning a pale blue.

Sal continued to laugh heartily at the two of them and showed no sighns of stopping anytime soon. Emmet, toughly embarrassed now, quickly changed back into his normal form, his clothes still somehow on him.
"Oh go to hell Sal!" He tryed His face was almost as red as his eyes.

Misa sighed looking up at Emmet, "What luck huh?" She shook her head again giving a small chuckle.
Misa smiled looking at Sal. He doesn't look that bad...friendly in a way. She cautiously looked at his eyes but since he was laughing they were closed. She sighed in relief she stood up quickly and carefully.

Emmet nearly glared at her, "Yea...what luck...."
Luckily the centaur was begging to calm down a bit, though giggles were still coming out at regular intervals.

She gave him a funny look, "Sarcasm...I'm not being serious..." Misa looked down before beaming at Sal and taking a fake bow, "I'm glad you enjoyed our show we'll be here for the next three years..." She sighed.

"Oh...sorry i didnt catch it heh..." He said nervously, feeling kind of bad again. Sal began to calm down and ceased his laughing and was now sizing Misa up.
"Whos this?" Sal aksed curriously.
Emmet smiled,"Misa!"
Sal gave him a look.
"Never seen her before...You new?," His voice demanding, but at the same time very friendly.
