The Moonlight Knight ExplanationX

In Sailor Moon R (episodes 43 - 53 (49 - 59)) the Moonlight Knight appears. The silver crystal tried to seal the memory of Prince Darian who regenerated after episode 40 (46). But his feelings for trying to protect Princess Serena were too strong. So the silver crystal separated those feelings from Prince Darian and created the Moonlight Knight. In episode 53 (59), when Darian no longer has the energy to keep the Moonlight Knight and himself going, the Moonlight Knight re-joins with Darian, and Darian gets his memory back.

Moonlight Knight uses a sword, but Tuxedo Mask doesn't have a sword, he uses his cane as a weapon instead. Prince Darian also seems to use a sword as his weapon, he had a sword when he was protecting Princess Serena from the Negaverse during the attack on the moon.

Darian is already wearing the tuxedo when he transforms into Tuxedo Mask, he just throws his hat and then catches it. The Moonlight Knight is always the Moonlight Knight, no transformation is needed.

I adore that show to no end <3

I was -beyond- shocked when watching the anime though.. yet at the same time, I had a feeling there was something deeper to Kaname and Yuuki's relationship than what Kaname led on - I mean, what kind of Vampire saves a human for no reason ya know?
