Exactly. Love and reproduction are not necessary bound.
Reproduction can exist between people that do not love each other - and people can love each other without ever reproducing.

Silenia: Yes, exactly, all this "knowledge" of our brain and emotions and instincts and what not, has made the world cold if you ask me, there's a reason the suicide rate is so high, and no one seems to be really happy, and everyone's more concerned about career than actually having a good life... you know there's only two members of my family left that haven't had angst, depression or stress yet... it's kinda scary.....

I have been suffering from depression for years now.
Going on and off since I was seven. -sigh-

Yeah, I am on the angst side, have taken 3 shrinks to just do a little about it...

Ouch. Panic attacks? I have those. They suck.
Shrinks make it worse for me, stopped going to them.
