I'm new here but Menewsha is not so different from Gaia Online.
like the :gold: is not different
but in Gaia its a lot more easier then in Menewsha.
SO if you read this I'm might be trying to make :gold:

Hello! Welcome to Menewsha! I love the scarf! Is it a ying yang item? I haven't really checked those out yet so I'm curious. Anyway, I'm new too. I joined yesterday, but I love it here! The people are super nice and the community is great!

Actually if you ask me, I like the whole earning your own way here, than in Gaia. Gold is so easy to come by there, but here you have to earn it and it makes buying your first item so much more satisfying if you ask me. Besides, the underwear is cute here so I'm not complaining about being half naked. XD

Hiya Puppeteer, welcome to Menewsha:) Ya know, from what I hear, once you get used to the gold system here, it's actually easier to earn gold than on Gaia. I don't know for sure, as I am not on any of the other avatar sites, but this is what I hear. You can earn 500 gold a day from games, and you are allowed one mule so you can earn an additional 500 gold. Posting also earns gold as you have noticed, and longer posts do earn you more gold. The most gold a post can earn ya is 20. We don't allow spam though, so please make sure your posts are full of content:) If you have any questions, feel free to ask around or PM a moderator:)

or give u some starter cloth to begin with.
Im not complaining at all just saying,
and maybe some more games to play
like some thinking games, shooting, and some adventurer games.
They could also add new ways to earn gold then the few they have
like posting and gaming talking to the community.
Other then that it is a little better then Gaia

I think the point of only a few ways to earn gold is so people actually use those ways, e.g. YAY FORUMS AND INTELLIGENT DISCOURSE. But that could just be me. xD Anyway, welcome to Menewsha! I'm also really liking that scarf.

We dont give out start clothing because we like to be able to pride ourselves to work for our first outfit.

Also, the games we have are an initial game pack. Then we came out with Attack of the Fan Girls and Harbor Fishing recently. Both of which are fun games and more in the production. =)

It takes time to make a game. You can't just throw a simple game together and Flash, then upload it to the site and expect it to work. It takes testing, coding, more testing, snacking.

Well,snacking isn't part of the process really.. but it's still fun.

Well you people can have more cheaper clothes
and or items. A better market place to sell your own items that you don't want
to sell at 50% back to the shops and to sell the items that people buy
with the Mennies and sell them for gold
within the shop and or market place.
You guys can add a daily chance type thing so that peoples can win something every day or so you know what i mean

We actually have a sellback store. Which buys items at 50% of the regular price. Also, the prices here are actually quite cheap, the gold gaining system here just takes a bit of getting accustomed to.

And I think an exchange like you're thinking is in the works. I can never remember. So don't take me at my word for that.

You can sell CIs, the items you buy with Mennies for gold in the Exchange.

On the daily change, usually those have no items anyone wants. So they just clog the system with a lot of unwanted items.

Welcome to Menewsha. I'm on gaia too and this site is definitely more friendly than gaia now. I know a lot of gaians making a switch. I think I have been online tonight for at least 3 hours!

@Flink ~ I know in the marketplace on Gaia, since they hand out all of these crappy items from sponsors, and also give worthless items from DC, everyone sells them for one gold and sometimes you can't give them away.

Your right people on Menewsha are nice then people on Gaia
but I still like my Gaia portfolio and I spend my time evenly between then and other
sites.
