I just recently came across the greatness that is John Green. One of the books I'm currently reading is his novel An Abundance of Katherines (which is GREAT, by the way) and once I finish reading all the other books, I'll be reading his newest one Paper Towns and maybe his first novel Looking For Alaska. I usually stray away from that section of Barnes and Noble. I haven't been to the Young Adult since I was in 6th grade, but there's just something about John Green's writing style that's just got me hooked. And I also ended up subscribing to his and his brother Hank's channel on YouTube so it kind of makes it a little more special to me. OwO; All in all, John Green is quickly becoming my favorite (living) author.

Any other Nerdfighters out there? ;3 ...In my pants.

For those of you that don't know, John Green is a thirty-two year old Author (young adult fiction) and YouTube vlogger. John and his brother Hank started making videos to update each other with what was going on in their life, but since they got so much attention with John's books and Hank's songs, they now have a huge crowd calling themselves "Nerdfighters"

SPOILERX

(A recent video that John made)

John Green has written the following books:

Books:
(2005) Looking for Alaska
(2006) An Abundance of Katherines
(2008) Paper Towns
(2008) Let It Snow: Three Holiday Romances - with Maureen Johnson and Lauren Myracle
(2010) Will Grayson, Will Grayson - with David Levithan

Short stories:
(2006) "The Approximate Cost of Loving Caroline" (part of Twice Told: Original Stories Inspired by Original Artwork by Scott Hunt)
(2007) "The Great American Morp" (part of the 21 Proms anthology edited by David Levithan and Daniel Ehrenhaft)
(2009) "Freak the Geek" (part of Geektastic: Stories from the Nerd Herd)

Other:
(2009) Thisisnottom, an interactive novel hidden behind riddles.

And here are a few links to some of his sites:
Nerdfighters!
Brotherhood 2.0
John Green's Web Page
John's Brother, Hank (musician)

I personally have not read any of his books yet but I am planning to as soon as I get some time off from all of my homework. x.x I have heard from other Nerdfighers though that they are amazing and I should just forget my homework to read them. =D

o.o to be honest I'd rather not be part of this particular thread.. When I searched there was nothing out there about him and I thank you, Knerd, for proving me wrong. But the title is.... making me mad.. let's just say... and I should probably leave it at that before I get myself in trouble..

To add to what I just now noticed.. How was the rest of my post a spoiler? and secondly, this person hasn't been active for over a month x.x; and why was the video removed? holy cow this site is really confusing me x.x reading the rules doesn't help at all.

love the Cruela(sp?) look =D
