Im a night club person, and I know how everyone likes vampires, and other things of the living dead, so Im planning on making "Club of the Living Dead"
Here's the thing, I need help with this idea, and where would I place this roleplay? Not only that, but I think it'd be pretty sweet if it contained the races, vampires, werewolves, mortals, and zombie like beings?

I like that idea i'm a vamp fan myself. Some basic questions would be what time era would you want it to me in? ie. Modern, mid evil, ect. What kind of things will go one here? Is it only gonna be set to the club? Are there any main characters if so how many and what will the other rpg-ers roles be?

My idea was in modern times and what would go on is its in a bar/night club, where vampires, werewolves, or any other living dead come to stalk on the mortal that go there, its setting is in the night club, but its plots are within each and everyones character. It would be like any other roleplay, if you thought about it.

That's pretty broad then (sorry, I'm failing at the BBCode "/).
If the overlying theme is horror/gore/the things that go bump in the night/the stalking of humankind, then I'd suggest the Horror subsection. If it's supposed to be light-hearted and what not, then just keep it in the main section.

Vampires are fine, so long as they aren't Stephanie Meyers' *shudders*
But perhaps either make a cap as to how many vamps/weres/zombies/etc you have? And maybe specify if you want demons, angels, and all the other supernatural shiz nit that people add...

This makes me think of the L.K. Hamilton books. They're all named for bars frequented by the undead in her stories.

Then if the plot is going to be more like that, I'd suggest putting it under horror "D
I'm not all that fond of slave RPs (I've had bad experiences, ha ha ha), but so long as you have a good mythical monster to human ration, you ought to be all right "3
