Omigosh, Chicago is going to come up here soon! I'm ecstatic about going to see it, and I almost had a heart-attack of joy when I heard the news. We've been getting some great acts these past few years; right now The Lion King is showing. It was mindblowing, mesmerizing, captivating, incredible. Like visual ecstasy.

And there was humor, and so much going on at once it was almost overwhelming. The costumes were incredible works of art and engineering genius. The lions, were played by actors who had masks set right on top of their head. And when they bent down, the mask would slide right out over their face and it gave them this beautiful silhouette, just like a lion. That was probably the most incredible part. Overall, it was one of the most amazing shows I've ever attended.

I've actually never really been to that many plays. I watched "The Pirates of Penzance" once, and then another time the "Phantom of the Opera." Both were good, but I was so far away during phantom that I couldn't hardly see what was going on, and I was really distracted with texting a friend, and we ended up dating at that point, so it was an important discussion. lol Those sound really good, though.

That sounds like a beautiful play. :) My friend has seen that play before, and its her favorite of all the ones that she has been to (her and her mom go to a lot). So it sounds just wonderful.

I think it looks better without the eye-patch.
For some reason, whenever I wanna use that particular eyepatch, I always end up taking it off... the shade of black bothers me >.>
