Share your palmistry experiences with me, including your palms the accuracy of your palm reading skills and when you got your palm read, ect. Let's talk about anything about palmistry as long as you follow the rules of this website. :vicky:

I've never had my palms read, but my dad bought a wee book about palm-reading once and I've glanced at it a couple of times. It seems interesting but I can never match my hands to the pictures lol. :)

I get mine done twice a year when I get my tarot cards read. It's interesting to see what comes up. I'm always told I'm going to have three kids and that I'm creative and should be writing and a few other little details. It's still interesting.

I've never had my palms read, but my friend's mother can. We met at a concert last year, and she read the bouncer's palm, told him he was "well endowed" and we got into the 2nd row of the pit.
Even though she was sweet talking him, she really can read palms.

I love getting my palms read. I'm pretty good at reading Aura's, and scary accurate with Tarot Cards, but I've never been able to master palm reading....

I'd love to have my palms read. I think it'd give different results depending on which one they looked at. On my right i don't seem to have any life line at all, whereas on my left it's very long, but broken into two. Most of my lines don't correspond with what's on my other hand. I must be a bit funky.

Well, depending on what the individual who is palm reading, is attempting to analyze depends on which hand she palm reads.

I always thought your dominant hand was the one that told you what was sure to happen, while your left tells you what is a possibility.
My father's family is generally pretty tapped into psychic experiences, divination, etc. We're Bulgarian which generally seems par for the course, there. When I was growing up we had a close family friend who was very much into palmistry. When she looked at my mother's dominant hand she looked very upset and IMMEDIATELY grabbed her left hand and said, "oh, everything's going to be all right."
I was about six when that happened, but when I got older and learned to read palms, I realized what she had seen. My mother's life line on her right hand was not at all connected. It looked like a series of horizontal slashes. On her left hand it looked like a rather average life line. What this is supposed to tell you is that you will have several life or death episodes involving your health. But, the fact that you have a reasonably normal life line on your left hand means that you will generally persevere or that this involves a serious chronic condition.
Anyway, palmistry is a bit of a passion of mine, still. If anyone wants to make a chat thread about it in Mene nation or a group for it, I'm all for it. =D
